You're pretty much paying to use a service and be treated like trash by the people at the counter.

Absolutely terrible terrible service. THE WORST POST OFFICE I EVER GO TO.

I cannot give any stars, this outlet has the meanest woman working for them, she has consistently argued with customers, and if you argue at all with her, she calls security. Even other Shoppers Drug Mart employees tell me "Nobody likes her"

She causes all the issues she fights with people about, they do nothing about this waste of space employee

The posted opening hours don't mean anything to the Canada Post staff here. Should have been up and running by 9:30, but at 9:40 the older lady behind the counter hadn't even gotten her system up and running yet. Finally asked me to come back "later", after I'd already been waiting in line since a couple of minutes before 9:30. I asked how much later, but she ignored me and didn't answer at all. So I left, and took my package to the UPS store at the transcanada mall---they were open and happy to take my money.

The worst customer service experience I have ever received. The managers and post office workers (Holly SPECIFICALLY) are honestly the most ignorant people I have ever met. They've held my mail multiple occasions when I had proper ID. Get your mail sent ANYWHERE BUT HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE DISRESPECTED AND HARRASSED BY EMPLOYEES.
