Canada Post

Suppose to get my parcel on the 9th didn't get it so I tracked it down to this specific post office and it's literally the only one closed today when I need my parcel. Call Canada post to see if they can do anything. Absolutely nothing. It's bad enough I had to go threw all the stress just to order this parcel now they can't even give it to me for another 3 weeks cuz some dumbass doesn't want to work one fricken week day

The staffs are always friendly and patient. They provide variety of products as perfect souvenir!

I have not been able to get into my mail box for a week and a half because the lock on it is broken. I have spoken to 4 different people, 2 of them customer service supervisors, NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK! They have promised me dates to be fixed, which didn't happen after a week to find they didn't even have the right address; the staff there don't understand English apparently even though you repeat your address for confirmation every time you phone... The superintendent of this location is "out-of-office" and there is NO PHONE NUMBER!

Can someone please explain how CANADA POST can hold your mail from you?!?!? They wont even bring my mail to a location to pick it up!!!
