Canada Post

Horrible service. Had a parcel shipped and they put the notification in the wrong mail box. When the person got it and brought it back to the counter instead of checking to make sure it was placed in the right mailbox they returned the parcel. All happened within 1 day of the parcel arriving. Went to Canada Post and this was explained to me. They explained there was nothing they could do but to contact customer service despite it being their error. Called customer support and they may be willing to reimburse the sender for the initial postage but that is all. Now the sender has to go back to the post office and pay for shipping again. Terrible service. I've never known a place to fail so horribly at their job and not even have the decency to make it right. Made no effort to rectify the situation at the post office or at customer service. Disgusted.

Went into Main Post Office with my wife because we had misplaced our one post box key. We had all our identification to prove who we were. We were talked down to by the most self righteous, nose stuck up in the air, dyed red head. Never again will we shop Okotoks.
