The woman there with glasses and an accent was so rude and unhelpful, I am actually shaking after our interaction. The guy was really nice, he could see what the woman wad doing and interjected and helped with the information I was after, the woman laughed in my face and tried to belittle me in front of a full post office. So unprofessional.

Staff are good to deal with. I really wish they would get surveillance for inside as it’s open 24/7.

Probably the worst post office in the whole country. The staff was arrogant and not helpful at all. I've never experienced something like that in the whole country, from Nova Scotia to British Columbia.

This is a very busy small tourist town post office so they cannot be faulted for how long we wait. The staff went over the top for me when three separate shipments got messed up as I had supplied the wrong postal code to my shipper. The packages got sent out to the wrong commercial client but then tracked them down and got them back for me. Great job guys and thank you so much. One happy customer.

Always a line (at least a 20 minutes wait), and always behind sorting mail/packages (ie. order something from Amazon, and Amazon will say it's arrived, but it could be a week before there is a slip in your box too pick it up).

I have lived all over the world and Banff PO is the worst I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Every time I am due a letter I have to wait in a massively long queue only to be told I have no post. Some of the staff are unfriendly and very slow, why do you have to queue up to get an envelope only to queue up again to send it? Today I had to queue up only to be told my item wasn't there, when I checked Amazon and Canada post online it said my item was there waiting to be collected so I line up again and low and behold it is there! Also, training new staff at peak times is just silly, and please, if your staff are going to sit round and chit chat out the back, make sure they are out of view of everyone in the queue.

Quite possibly the worst post office in the country. Supposedly Banff postal services have special exceptions because it being located in a national park. As a former employee of Canada post, national parks do not receive exceptions to change the route or policies on recieving or sending parcels. The people currently employed there clearly need more training or even better hire a whole new team who actually have a clue and aren't ignorant when it comes to dealing with customers. I have ordered a package expecting it to be here when I receive the confirmation email and it will sit in the back storage for days until they 'find' the time to input them into the system. That should never be a problem. When you are given a delivery date you expect the parcel to be shipped on time. Especially when it's a prescription or something with a large value. Basically what it comes down to is, if you are living in Banff and want to get something delivered to you, don't use Canada post, fed ex or ups will get your stuff faster and won't have to deal with someone treating you like an idiot. Calling is pointless. Emailing also pointless.

Brutal post office. Lay out is terrible, you can no longer grab your own envelopes or packaging stuff. Standing in line once to get the envelope and a second time after you fill it out. Not very efficient. Have never had this issue at any other Canada poste. One nice staff member. The rest are very very rude and not helpful at all.

There is one very nice staff and one exteremely rude staff at the post office. I got yelled at because I asked for a new form. She said I have wasted her time. She left her desk for 5-7 minutes and I had to wait for her to come back to get the new form. Who's wasting whose time?

Staff are hit or miss with their knowledge, which is understandable with their turnover. Lines are consistently too long. Zero sense of urgency and apparently poor front of house management.

I lived in Banff for nine years and found the Banff PO staff without exception to be friendly, courteous, and professional.
