Canada Post Royal Oak / Rocky Ridge

Staffed by the most worthless human beings I have ever encountered in a registered business in this city. Most recently, I stood in a line up for over 40 minutes, with roughly 18 people in line, and we watched for over 15 minutes as the older middle eastern lady stood and stared at the clock chewing her nails. Get rid of these miscreants and hire some people who are actually willing to work for their salary.

Ever since we moved to area we had issues with post office. Missed deliveries, no notifications, huge lineups, staff is not trained well. They tray to be polite but have no knowledge to solve the issue or advise the correct solution. In that case its useless. Wish I can choose my post office not being assigned by postal code.

The attitude is strong with this one... Questionable customer "service". I politely asked a simple question (When would be a good time to check if my parcel has arrived?) and was given a condescending remark followed by a sarcastic approximation of time. I understand it is a stressful job during a stressful time of year, with people breathing down your neck about delivery deadlines and such... but at least try to act nice even if you hate my guts for asking a question.

Possible solutions:
- Train employees to be attentive to the guests they serve (act like you give a ****).
- Take deep breaths before engaging with a guest (to calm down/reset).
- Treat everyone as if its their first time, and they know nothing about postal services (aka. be helpful and informative).

At the end of the day, each guest is coming into your store to receive their package which they are most definitely excited about... don't make them feel like garbage right at the finish line. Feed into the excitement! Be a part of it! Be the best you!

Horrible staff. So sad that these people has zero customer service and they are working in the front. Found them so arrogant and doesn't care about customers concern. Staff Preety is so horrible. I hope something will be done with these staff.
