If I could give -4 stars I would.
They are always late, if they even show up at all. When you book through their website it gives you a confirmation that your scheduled pick up has been sent to their booking department and then POOF!!! It disappears. The staff are not knowledgeable at all with their own bill of lading. They ask for information that is not even on it. This is not a one timer either, 3 out of 5 shipments are not picked up and sometimes I have to call in 3 times.

Do not waste your time with this company because they will waste yours.

This company should look at their employee base more thoroughly.

Their employee Javier Bejarano is not a good example to working at a well known company like this.

Hope their other employees are better
