The Canadian Glycomics Network (GlycoNet) is a pan-Canadian research network linking the glycomics research community across Canada, including members of academia, industry and government, with the vision of delivering solutions to important health issues and improving the quality of life of Canadians through glycomics.

Glycomics is the study of carbohydrates (sugars or glycans) in biological systems. It is a field that is currently experiencing an explosion of activity, with the recognition that research in this area has the potential to unlock solutions to a host of human health challenges.
