I am the first Hypnobabies instructor in Alberta. Hypnobabies is Hypnosis for childbirth. Hypnosis for a safer and easier natural childbirthing. This is a complete Childbirth Education course. The most important feature of Hypnobabies is "Eyes-Open Childbirth Hypnosis", which allows the birthing mother to walk and talk, and move around freely yet remain very relaxed, while still very deeply in hypnosis and fully present, aware and in tune with her body and baby, remaining completely comfortable while doing so.
