Well I've had a lovely few days off, made my way up to Spray Lakes. If you haven't checked it out I highly recomend it, the drive (or hike) is stunning right now with the ice melting away and the beautiful blue water!

Super cozy and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in away from home. Loved my stay here!

Super clean apartment style condo units with full kitchens, perfect views of the mountains, friendly staff. Book on Expedia !

Perfect for what my family was looking for! We stayed in the Cougar Chalet, we heard trains, but it was nothing we couldnt sleep through. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Great place for the money!

I was in a rush to leave so wasn't able to fill out the feedback sheet provided, but I had to post here because our stay was fabulous and it must be mentioned! We stayed in a Cougar Chalet and the room was nice and spacious, with almost all of the kitchen amenities one would need. Incredibly comfy beds, and nice bathrooms and big bedrooms! I was also very impressed with the friendliness of the staff as we had to call them a few times for things such as more coffee. They also explained everything about the property when we checked in so we didn't have any questions or concerns about the stay. I know some people have posted concerns about the railway, but it usually goes by quite fast so it was hardly noticeable. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay, especially if you have a group or family!

Helpful staff members, in the mountains, close to everything, nice accommodation. ..always have a great stay here!!

Feels like home. Clean ,quiet and comfortable even we are in the area where dogs are allowed. You don't hear dogs making noises. Easy on the budget with kitchen and separate rooms.

A must stay, just like home especially after a long day on the road, surrounded by the Rockies

Very happy! Clean, spacious and friendly staff!

Only negative is the train passing at the back of the place until late and early morning!! But overall a good place to stay.

Design was good, but suite was in desperate need of maintenance. From the start the key was a fight to put in the lock. The beds were sagged. The faucet leaked. There was an open sewer cleanout in the closet. Furnace filter needed changing.



Suite was clean and had good features. Desk clerk was nice.

I spent a weekend there with my sister n brother also brother in Law it was very nice that's was in September 2014

Was horrible, my boyfriend and I wanted a nice weekend getaway, coffee was still in pot and hadn't been cleaned, furnace turned on constantly was loud. Dirt falling from vents.People upstairs were also loud, when we went to head office to complain we were brushed aside. Would not recommend this place.

Stayed here years ago and within two minutes (walking across the kitchen floor), our socks were filthy. I went to complain to the front desk and they, seriously, handed me a broom. I wrote to complain after our stay and was informed their cleaning is up to standard and everything is fine.



Today...picked up garbage from front yards (it had been there for weeks) and asked front desk if no one of their staff picks up garbage?; informed that no one does.



This place is a DIVE, people. It was bad and continues to get worse. DON'T STAY here. I am on my way to call Public Safety and Bylaw about their cleanliness.
