I think some of the most recent 5 star reviews you see on this store must be from staff members. There is ABSOLUTELY NO customer service at this location. The Filipino's who make up most of the employees here always seem annoyed when you ask them a question. They usually send you on a wild goose chase to locate an item. Better off just searching for it on your own in the first place. Regular Prices seem a tad high for a Canadian Tire.

This place is the feces of the world has should not exist. The monkeys working in the auto services department cannot comprehend a simple request. I went in for an out of province inspection and they decided to put whatever name they had on file for my phone number as the registered owner for the vehicle. When i saw the error and asked if they can fix it, their answer was you did not provide us with the correct name and it is entire YOUR FAULT. Those were their exact words. AVOID at all cost.

Took 3 hours for an oil change. That's it, just an oil change. Was originally told it would be up to 1.5 hours and $49.99 + GST. 3 hours and $70 later I am very displeased. The only thing that kept me level-headed was the service tech Keith was doing all he could, and working efficiently. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

If I could give a ZERO rating, I would. Horrible beyond the vocabulary of this dimension! Customer service is delivered with hatred rather than smiles and that's if you manage to get service before the end of time and space. The employees seem to be unaware and uncaring that they work at a Canadian Tire because they know little to nothing of the product or store itself. This location feels more like a prison than a store, you will immediately be treated as a criminal as everything in sight is alarmed, there will bag checks as you leave, and photos of their most wanted are posted proudly on their walls. You will be especially disappointed if you need to return or warranty something. The managers here will distort and circumvent any and all policies just to see you defeated.

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS

Of course, this review is only based on my own personal experiences and several visits. You may find that your time here is not as torturous as I describe. But if you do visit despite my words, all I say is...

GOOD LUCK!

We took in a car battery on Saturday. We were asked to leave our name and number and someone would call when they had the results. It is a 30 minute process! It is now Monday night. No call. So I called. I was stuck on hold 4 times. No big deal. But when I asked why no one called? I got someone should be calling. If it wasn't for the warranty on the battery I would never use Canadian tire! They don't call! They don't care about your vehicles and there is no customer service. I have had nothing but bad experiences with them over the last 5 years. So I for one will continue to avoid Canadian tire. Maybe one day management will learn to teach or fire employees that don't cut it. Or lose more and more business.

Sean helped me today at the Auto check in counter! I went in at noon on July 26 (today). He was amazing. Went above and beyond to help me out. I bought windshield wipers and wanted to install them and he was able to explain how to do it. I had tried without success and decided I needed some help, I was a little scared to go an ask a question due to being unsure of if they would be willing to explain and how they would react. He was easy to approach and broke it down to me in a way I understood.

He was professional and very friendly! I will definitely be returning to Canadian Tire Pacific Place for my auto services in the future because of this exceptional experience.

I purchased a bike and was told by the salesman that the bike had a 7-day return policy. I got home and was riding for no longer than 10 minutes when the front gear and shifter stopped working. I came back the next day to return it due to defective material and the Filipino customer service lady told me that there are no returns on bikes.

I told her that one of the staff members had told me the day previously that bikes had a 7-day return policy, but she kept denying that any store representative would ever tell someone that. I then asked to speak to a manager but instead received what I think was the managers' assistant, who told me no different. Sounds like the manager needs to update his/her employees on what to tell customers as to not deceive them.

I was left with no choice but to leave the bike in the store for repair, and she informed me that the "bike guys" aren't always in and that I'd have to wait for a call to come pick it up. All this could've been avoided if this store didn't sell me a defective bike to begin with. I had read bad reviews about bike services at this particular store but decided to give it a chance. It turned out to be a huge mistake.

Any other Canadian Tire store in Calgary would be better to spend your money at than this one. Save yourself the headache.

The customer service is horrible. I have made an ELVIS vehicle inspection at store 0326, even though I have read many bad reviews about that location. Anyways, the thorough inspection costed $50. I had one of my SECONDARY lights not working so they offered to change the bulb for me for $130 or fail the inspection; which obviously I refused since I can change it myself with a fraction of that price.
So I wanted to change the bulb myself and then come back to pass the car (since that was the only problem); however they said whether we change it right now for $130 or we fail the car, which means I have to pay the $50 fees for a new inspection which they will only check the single bulb. (So it is blackmailing)
I have tried to talk to the manager which ironically sent me back to the main desk, and didn't bother to hear the issue. And the lady at the main desk is like a robot while only repeating the same sentence without trying to listen.

Went twice this week; customer service was pretty helpful in the first occasion and two associates pointed me in the right direction right away. The second time I found what I needed quite fast and was out in no time. So far best Canadian Tire experience in a while.

They're a disgrace to the Canadian tire brand.

I would've given them 0 stars if I could. Extremely rude salesmen/customer service personal.

I went there to test some car speakers they had on sale. The moment I entered I heard the announcement "leave backpacks at customer service". It's the first time I heard such thing in a retail store. They think everyone's a shoplifter?!!!

In the car audio section there was nobody to help me figure out how to play some songs on the speakers. I played around for a while until I figured it out. I was listening to pop music to check the speaker bass when a sales person approached me from behind in an extremely rude manner and turned off the music saying "this is not the place to listen to music". I was shocked. How on earth am I supposed to choose speakers without testing them? Besides, if you don't want people to test your products why bother putting them in a demo station?!!

First they assumed anyone entering the shop to be a thief and then they tell you DON'T TOUCH OUR STUFF. Guess what, I won't shop in your disgusting store.

Avoid them at all cost.

Been to this store a few times. Could never find anything I was looking for. Staff could never tell me where things are.

Today I went in the store with an empty backpack. Quickly realized I had to drop off my bag at the customer service. I was on my way to drop off my bag, a staff saw me and scolded me. I tried to explain but the staff also insisted to check my bag. Ouch !
