Wow!!! I like this place. It reminds me of a 3rd world country department store. You remember Kmart before it folded? How about Woolco? Then come see.

One of the managers Danny did an excellent job answering questions and helping out. Highly recommend visiting this store

I've been going to this CDN Tire for over 22 yrs!
The Front counter staff in Auto Repair have been quite friendly & helpful.
I purchased the extra $ Tire Replacement Warranty, & it saved me more than $300 - $500! I got way more $ than I ever paid $ !
I often find good $ sales on all kinds of products in their retail dept store.
I like CDN Tire & am glad they're close to my home.

The service department here is great. They've always gone above and beyond with appointments I've made. Its obvious that the people complaining have never worked Service before and are the typical entitled jerks. The gentlemen at the front service counter are always friendly, efficient and helpful. I will continue to bring my car here for all of its needs because of the excellent service I recieve each time.

If I could give 0 out of 5 that would be more representative of my true thoughts.
New and shiny doesn't mean anything.
Horrible Customer Service at the auto department.
4 hours to get new winter tires put on new rims and switched out on the car is ridiculous when told initially 1 hour when booked and 2 hours when dropped off.
Even at 3 hours Ii complained and it still took another hour. Was told they had a sick call, they didn't know how much longer, but maybe another hour.
How can a service department tell me they have no idea how much longer a task is going to take.
Their hour only happened because I called in to speak to management and couldn't even get a manager but the same auto service guy Brad who couldn't give me a time 10 mins before.
So very unimpressed. Waste of my day and time means nothing to them.

Staff as well as the managers (Department Manager and Store Manager) has no knowledge about the product, the store policies in Auto Parts section and customer service. Spent about 20 minutes waiting with no one ahead of me in the line. Staff was coming inside, chatting, going into the warehouse, going outside, using cell phone but no one has time to honour the waiting customer. In total I wasted about an hour just to get the rims and the rims they are selling as Brand New has corrosion and rust. No information about Manufacture warranty and return policy. I have the worst experience at this store. As a brand new biggest store, has the worst managers and staff who doesn't know how to represent a retail store and how to deal with customers.

Nice place. Good selection. Don't trust the online stock levels though but that's just CT's website in general...

I give manager Rosario Palomar a zero. I returned a box of work gloves that were obviously much smaller than the rated size as determined by the chart provided. Two pairs tore when I tried to put them on and so I returned the other 96. Rather than accept that the product is not as advertised Manager Palomar ruled that they would only offer a store credit, which was not what I wanted.

If a product is defective any store should stand behind its products and if the product is not as advertised then the store should accept responsibility and refund the customer. Canadian Tire stands out negatively against its competitors as having a poor return policy where only store refunds are offered if the product is defective. Shop elsewhere unless you have no alternative so that you do not get screwed over.

Went to this Canadian Tire to get a estimate on work for my truck. The female at the service counter was one of the rudist people I have come across. If you cant handle your job find somewhere else to work. Wish I never ever went their. I like the other departments there but because of her I will never bring my truck in for service. I also own a company with a fleet of trucks, was looking for a new place to have them serviced but it will not be at that location. All the other staff I have delt with have being excellent. Should also not be taking about what I take is other staff members "heard names then saw the name tags matched" and customers like that. If she worked for me and acted lile that she would not have a job with my company.

Went there for the first time today to pick up a few things. It's a nice new store. Lots of products to choose from and some good in store sales too. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 was because many of the isles are in the back half of the store - and it's a large store - I have a bad back and I can't walk that much so it was kind of a bummer not to be able to look at everything

No problem buying and returning some merchandise. Big and clean store that was recently constructed. Store is well stocked. Good customer service. They need to build more 'drop-off' areas in the parking lot where customers can leave their shopping carts.

3 might be a little low considering that this location just opened a few months back. I'm sure they're working out the kinks. It's a fresh new CT. I like that one line is formed for purchases but my only gripe is that you need quarters for carts. That's so 90's.

My parents took their truck in to get new tires mounted ONLY but your guys (at the old Huntington location) somehow managed to lie and upsell them into getting new sway bar links, of which were completely unnecessary. When I later inspected, it turns out these were never changed out and were still the rusty factory ones!

I also liked how you pushed for a coolant flush when I had just personally replaced the coolant a month prior.

Way to go on your new shiny store! It's really too bad you can't afford to care about customer service either!
This is the 4th and last time I will step foot in this location. Your Huntington Hills store was terrible and this one is absolutely no better.

Web site (which I know can't keep up with store system) stated that they had 6 Dirt Devil steam mops in stock as of the time I went.
Because my foot is broken, I sent my husband to go get it. Not only were there Zero on the shelves, but he looked around and waited for 30 minutes to get anyone to help him. One single person in customer service and every till open. Not one of the employees helped him.
They had one guy running around the store looking for products.
My husband came home and I couldn't believe it. New store new attitude right?!! So I hobbled down to see for myself. Website said open until 930. So when I got there at 9:08, the doors were locked and 5 employees just stood there, stared for a second and laughed. Not even joking..laughed!
So go suck it! I've had it with your HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
