A tremendous redemption for the damage done by Beacon Hill. Special thanks, hi-five, a way-to-go and an 'attaboy' to Jon, you are an asset to this company and should be accredited with some form of managerial recognition. Beacon Hill chased me away due to the lack of regard for customer service and wasting my time as they pretended to know how to do their job. Jon grabbed the bull by the ball... horns and ran with it. Thank you so much for all your assistance. Without the six solar panels you were able to provide me I would have spent hundreds more in fuel and would be suffering a world of hate lost in frustration. Thank you so much, even though it's a longer drive to you, the service will always be worth the trip. Take care Jon.

If you enjoy your car don’t take it here. Took in to get winter tires nothing wrong with my car when I dropped it off now it’s squeaking and making a loud noise when decelerating. Went right back to the shop and let them know I didn’t drop it off like that and they did absolutely nothing told me “oh it’s just a noice u will get use to it in a few days” are you kidding me. It may be cheaper then most places but it’s honestly not worth it. Pay the extra $20-$40 and get it done right.

When stuff is on sale it's a great place to shop. Don't expect any customer service though. This location is convenient and has pretty good stock. Never ever go to the car service department. Chances are they will over charge and do unnecessary work.

Really great. Excellent service on the floor and at check-out. Found what I wanted at a better price than at Rona. I will chose Canadian Tire over Rona from now on.

Customer service is great at this location. I did business with their automotive department a couple times. Both times the reps were attentive to what I was looking for and helped me find it (or brought it out from the back inventory).

Interesting there are recent comments about the store GM. I can attest that he is a completely incompetent jerk. He argued with me and his staff. It was the worst Christmas stoker service experience I have had at any store, ever. The staff, however, was excellent. They seemed apologetic for their manager. After a long unpleasant experience and my repeated comments about frustration, it became clear that their new manager sucks. I recommend Canadian tire replace him before they lose loyal customers like me to competitors like Home Depot and Lowes.

This was once one of the best CT Franchises in calgary and has quickly become one of the worst. I made a complaint and the GM argued with me. I would go back, but only if I had to.

After having been quoted for Out of Province Inspection by competitors between 5400 and 12500 of required repairs, i found out through this fantastic outlet that my car passed without a single needed repair. Honest, reliable, fantastic, is all i can say.

P. S. We are bringing now all 4 cars to this location. Very very happy.

I went to store to buy 2 new fan and the lady at cashier named "meena" is so rude. I said Hi! First because she is so quiet but no response then she don't even asked me how will i pay so i tap it in the machine and finally she asked me if i want to used my CT money and i said yes then she gave me my receipt then when I checked my receipt I noticed she did not deduct my CT money so i go back to tell her and she said she accidentally press the wrong one and didn't even say sorry and just gave me another new receipt with the deduction and seem so proud to her rude attitude.I am trying to understand her attitude because of her big size and must have very low self esteem but I don't think she is a good person to work in cashier dealing with different people.

I do not recommend the auto repair department. They misdiagnosed a simple problem and I drove away after spending several hundred dollars in repairs and still had the same issue. I went to the nearby Fountain Tire who quickly found and fixed the actual problem. It appears that Can Tire are also overly keen on recommending numerous additional services/repairs that may or may not be needed. This tactic may play on the fears of folk unfamiliar with cars and one should always question whether the work honestly needs to be done. They recommended replacing some parts on my car, funny...I had earlier replaced those same parts and they were fine.

I took my car to this location to get inspection. They told me that they have to fix $400 worth problems. I took it to somewhere else and they only did alignment for $80 and the car passes the inspection. This lesson costed me $60 (inspection fee).
This place is modern day robbery. Don't take your car to any CT. Other than that I love shopping in this place but no more Canadian Tire mechanic shops.

Do not know the meaning of customer service. I approach two till to see one guy standing a few feet back with two items in his hands. The two staff, one standing at each till staple some papers together then make phone calls to tell a customer that their cars are ready. They get off the phone stable some more papers etc and never look up to acknowledge me or the other customer. They continue, heads down, looking at paper work. Neither of them look at me or the other customer, try to help, check in the item other customer had or acknowledge we were there. I go to customer service get a manager to complain who tell me that they are aware of the poor customer service of the service dept and that they already had numerous complaints.
The fact that they are aware of the problem but do not seem to be doing anything to fix it or make better is further evidence that the term customer service in not in their vocabulary.

Took my car here for an out of province inspection/repairs. The guys in the service department were really helpful and friendly and answered all of my million questions. They seemed very determined to get my car to pass the inspection as cost-effectively as possible. They gave me a list of repairs I had to do to pass the inspection (all things I knew were wrong with it - no surprises) and a list of things that would need attention later in the year as they were kind of on the verge of failing the inspection. Then gave me the power to decide what I wanted them to fix before-hand. I will definitely be back.

After managing to get my vehicle started with a boost from a co-worker, I headed to this Canadian Tire location looking for help. As soon as I walked in I saw the shop manager, 2 techs, and 2 people that worked the auto counter. They all looked at me, one guy finally said- "You got time for one quick question. One more minute then my shift is over." When I suggested getting help from someone else. The only lady in the group said- "don't look at me." The techs just stood there and went back to talking. They pawned me off to an older fellow, East Indian gentleman; who was more than helpful. The other guys couldn't be bothered. Well, neither can I with Canadian Tire Auto from here on out.
