Checkout service is slow, but the cashiers are generally friendly. Noneasy way out if your not purchasing anything, presumably to cut down theft.

The store has improved greatly in the last few years! Much cleaner well stocked and staff is helpful and friendly.

I think the store has come a long ways and they have some good stock now. A lot of days there is no staff and only one or two tills are ever open. Most of the staff is engaging and friendly I think they receive better training. Too bad there are open packages and missing things a lot of times. Restocking empty shelves is also not a strong suit here.

Online "in stock" and actually stock does not match, they hardly ever have the nice things other stores seem to keep or get.
Love the new shelves and gun cabinets. Staff needs more training in that area however.

The staff here is simply amazing. They're all very friendly and helpful. My oil change happened quickly, even without an appointment. Highly recommend this store.

The staff were friendly and the store was clean. The prices on certain items were labelled wrong. I find the entrance and exit system frustrating.

terrible experience as usual going to this location went in for some cO2 cartridges also wanted to buy a knife in the sporting section because everything is locked up as usual there is no one in the sports department I waited about 15min with one employee seeing me waiting and just decides to go hide in the back i pressed the customer help button and someone paged twice over the intercom and still no one showed up I just walked out Wal-Mart is better and if there is someone working there they just play dumb and say they don't know anything

Not very happy on the quality of the Xmas tree's that you are selling.The base is usually to large to put into the average tree stand and by the time the base is trimmed up enough with branches removed to fit properly for a water jug to accommodate, the tree looks rather disgusting. Also the needles are falling off at a very fast rate!

I can't give the store less than one star. The staff when you can find them either avoid you or are not very helpful at all. I went to buy some fuses for the Noma Christmas lights and was told aisle 69 or 70 on the bottom. Not very helpful at all. Spent 45 minutes looking for them and found them on an end cap. Top right side. If they would have said end cap I would have known were to look instead of wasting my time looking on the back shelves as I was told that is where the fuses were. Next time I take the time and drive to Leduc, at least they have some staff willing to help a person
