Need a better system for organization

This is honeslty one of my most favorite places to go when Im in st.paul. They just have so many little useful things. Ive bought 4k tvs, lawn mowers, vehicle parts and tires to rifles and ammo here. They also have good prices on guns and ammo.

Lots of different categories of things to buy. Some good sales on tools pretty often. Even a greenhouse in summer. Only thing i criticize is sometimes not enough people running cash registers. Lines are nearly out the door in summer at times.

Store is great, service centre not so much. After two over the phone quotes, on different days as I called back to double check, for the same job we showed up for our appointment only to be told it would cost more than was quoted. Swapped and balanced tires and was charged an additional $15 for shop supplies as well. It took them two hours to change over four tires and pull the spare off and put it in the truck box not even back under where it goes. Talked to a gentleman that had been there ALL day getting an out of province done on a vehicle that had 50k on it AND guess what, just lost a hub cap and lugnut off the truck. Went back in for a re-torque and they did that free of charge but only see the lugnuts in packs of four so would cost us $9 to replace the one that fell off...
