Canadian Tire

Standard Canadian Tire, lots of stuff in lanes gets tight in areas. Seems to be well stocked. Sometimes awkward to get out of parking lot, with tight turns and limited access and egress.

Rather unfortunate that this is the Canadian tire for Spruce Grove. Horrible staff, quite rude and reluctant to help a paying customer. Standing patiently waiting for a staff member to be done with the computer to help me find a product. She turned looked right at me, didn't move a single facial muscle then went back to looking at her computer. Clearly this elderly lady shouldn't be working in customer care, I walked away after she looked but didn't help the second time either.

On another occasion I was looking for an ice scraper for my truck, had found one on an end isle but wanted to find the entire section to compare prices. Walked up to a young male staff member and asked him where I could find the section of ice scrapers. Very rudely he said "Uhh right behind you" and then walked off before I could respond. Right behind me was window squeegees, not ice scrapers. Rude and useless.

My experience mirrors many of the other reviews here. Just bad manners and grouchiness with the staff cashiers. If a customer warmly greets you at least greet them back. And please - don't try and stuff an entire basket of items into one plastic bag! Unreal. PS I've had a much better experience at the Can West location in Edmonton. ( At least in the automotive dept. ). I won't be returning this location with such ill mannered employees.

I was very impressed with the displays in the seasonal spring outdoor line ! Tons of in stock items and things you may have never even thought about before! The outdoor associate that helped my wife and i was both professional and knowledgeable! This store is clean and organized 😋

Long story short, after being back to this location a few times in a span of 2 days with the same leaky tire that they "repaired", they finally admitted it was unrepairable and I needed a new tire and it should have never been patched in the first place.
So I got them to put a new tire on my rim. I put the tire on my car, drove 30 meters and the tire make a grinding noise and started smoking. I checked the emergency brake, that wasn't it. After further investigation I realized they gave me a completely wrong tire. I knew it would look different and not exactly like my other tires as they were older and a different brand, but this was the completely wrong size. I took the tire BACK IN and they were all "wow that's definitely the wrong tire" and told me they gave me someone else's tire.. after that they said it wouldn't be long and they would give me the correct tire to come pick up. An hour later I get a call saying they didn't have the tire in stock so I went back and picked up my rim and got a refund.
Basically, they never had the tire in stock in the first place. They put the wrong tire on my rim, hoping it would work and I wouldn't notice. In the process I wasted 3 days total going back and forth with 2 different tires, when all they had to do was tell me they never had my specific tire in stock, but I guess they only wanted my money. I never even got an apology just a "hope it gets better" and they didn't even offer to check other Canadian Tire locations to see if somewhere else had it in stock. The tire still isn't fixed since it's a Sunday and everywhere else is closed. Won't be coming back!

We were trying to price match a springfree trampoline from there store at westedmonton mall we talk to Stacey at the customer service about it and we get nothing but rude attitude and respond!No wonder why this store got a lowest reviews!!I will never shop again on this store!!!

We come to Canadian Tire about once a week, and spend a lot of money here, and every time getting help from ANYONE is borderline impossible. No one wants to help, everyone pawns you off onto a different employee and it takes forever to get any help. The only helpful person I have encountered here was Gail in the bicycle department. I really wish there was a different Canadian Tire to go to...

I like the store, I can usually find what I'm looking for and the sales are always great. Rated three stars though because the automotive section is a joke. My husband is out of town and I went to my car this morning and found a flat tire. I called to see if they could do a quick patch job and they said I would have to leave my car there all day and there's no guarantee it would get in. For a store that has "tire" in their title you would think they would always be able to help with emergencies.
