Has what I'm looking for. Love there garden center in the spring time.

Very pleased with management response to an on-line order error. Manager stepped up and honoured the commitment based on customer word only. Showed integrity

Horrible service I spent $3,500 in tires this year here and they won't even top up the air pressure for me. Service manager told me himself. They can't do it. Absolutely unbelievable.

Fast friendly service and they had what I was looking for on sale. Can't get any better than that.

Seems to me that ever since Cochrane, AB got the new Canadian Tire that may be larger then the old one but the costumer service has gone WAY DOWN HILL!!! Also have been there several times looking for an item that showed online that was in stock just to find out that they have it in storage in the old building. What is the point on having a larger building when you keep so many items in storage.
Also DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE THROUGH THIS STORE!!!!

Went to do an out of province inspection, dropped the car off at 9:30 am and was called at 3:09 pm stating that I needed new tires to pass inspection. I told them fine put the tires on that you recommended. After I was done work at 5:30 I walked over to get my car expecting my car to be complete but it was not. Apparently they recommended tires that were in the warehouse and the warehouse closed at 4. When I started to get annoyed with the job not being done a manager comes in and reschedules me for 9:30 the next morning and will call and have the tires sent over. So next morning I'm on my way to the appointment from south east Calgary and I called to make sure my tires are there and found out that they were going to be delivered at noon. I could not do noon so I pushed it to 1 pm to make it easier for everyone. When I went in at 1 still no tires so they again apologized and told me it's not their fault and called their courier to see where the tires were. The tires were meant to be delivered at 2:50pm! It was a good thing I had IKEA furniture to keep me busy at the house. I was called at 4:30PM and still no tires. At this point I was so frustrated I got my wife to stop by the beacon hill Canadian tire to see what they could do and they had me in for an appointment asap to fix the problem. The cochrane location did nothing to compensate me for my trips and having to find a babysitter after daycare for my son. This was the most annoying and frustrating experience I've had with any retail service. I work in retail and do not recommend going to this location for auto. I will not be shopping at that location myself and would rather go for a 20 minute drive to a better Canadian tire. Would give this location a -1 star if possible.

This is the best Canadian Tire store. Their hours of operation are longer and they have such different items. I always enjoy visiting when I am in Cochrane.

Horrible service! Ordered online and items were not ready for pick-up as promised and it took nearly 15 min to get them brought to the front! Even Amazon ships faster than having to go to your store to pick-up! Will order from Amazon in the future. Better price and hassle free! I like to shop local to support the businesses in town, but the service here is just painful! Will go to Home Hardware moving forward, combined with ordering online elsewhere. Automobile service here is good and still my location of choice for minor work, but just don't like the retail side of things anymore. It seems since they moved, they bit-off more than they could chew. Service used to be 100 better at the old store.

Ive rarely been impressed here except for once when the guy in the Auto Shop was awesome. Yesterday for instance I stood in an isle in the plumbing Dept forever trying to find something. The woman working there not once offered to help, say hi or anything. I have seen this quite often with staff in their departments. The people at the front door have been very friendly and the cashiers are too most times.

I find, in general, when a company treats their employees well they in turn treat the customer well. I'm assuming this must be a great place to work. I've always had excellent customer service. Especially from the teens and young adults which I find impressive.
As a customer I haven't always gotten what I've wanted but was always treated well and that's why I give 5 stars.

Worst mechanic experience I've ever had. Went in for a simple oil change, came back with sounds coming out of my car that I've never heard before. Got the car inspected again, after not answering any of my questions or finding any issues as to what the sound might be, the mechanics were rude and I was still charged for the inspection as well. Never going to Canadian Tire for automotive work again.

The staff is great and very helpful. The mechanic was top notch. It could have been an expensive repair (Brocken timing belt) but he did it with minimum expense.
I am Definitely a happy camper.
