Canadian Tire

Great experience. I needed to replace a damaged tire, and I was more concerned about time frame than price, but the Associate went out of his way to find and dig thru a flyer to find out that the tires I wanted were on sale, saving me a decent amount. Then later I get a call saying my tires were covered by warranty and cut another huge chunk off the bill. And on top off all that the repair was done within 2 hours of drop off, and I wasn't expecting a call till next day. Good quality work and.service.

Would have given 5 stars, but this morning during their black Friday / Cyber Monday week promos, they only had two cashiers opened, and the lineup to pay required a longer than normal wait.

Other than that, Canadian Tire always has awesome promotions and specials. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Worst customer service ever. We went to buy a weather tech mat for my car 2 weeks ago. The store did not have any left, so the Duty Manager said he will place an order for me and let me know. He asked if I would like to put a deposit or pay at the time of pickup. I said I will pay at the time of the pick-up. After not receiving a call for 2 weeks, I called them back, and I am pretty sure he picked up. He said not only no order was placed and we had to pay a deposit initially to put an order. This is absolutely the worst type of customer service you can provide and this too by a Manger of the store. Really??? Get your act straight.

After using another location and having a bad experience with an associate, I was happy to try this one, as it was close to where I was running other errands. I’ve come here many times, but never really had to get help from an associate. My experience is usually fine, and the cashier is always friendly, but my experience with the gentleman at auto was iffy. He was mostly helpful, and broke-down the information for me so I understood the difference between products. However, when my boyfriend, who was unable to find the recommended wiper blade while I chatted with the man about the battery, asked which other wiper blade he would recommended, the man made a snarky comment about how he should have been listening. Then he brought out the battery, and tried to give the invoice to my boyfriend (even though I was clearly the one purchasing he battery) and told him he could “give it to the secretary”. I’ll give this location three stars because my experience is usually fine, but this experience really left a bad taste in my mouth.

Fabulous service - couldn't have asked for better customer service and installation. I went in looking for new tires and was greeted by Ron who explained to me the various options and price differences. He didn't try to up sell but gave a honest review which helped me make my decision more easily. I was thinking I'd have to wait a few days to get my tires & have them installed but I received and had them installed the same day. On a Friday no less!!! I'd highly recommend this location for service.

I received the best customer service today from Denis in auto repair. I know nothing about vehicles and he was so patient and knowledgeable in explaining the course of action to fix my daughters older car. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision and I trusted his recommendations. I will definitely return to this location in the future for any auto repairs. Thank you Denis!

They advertised to fill your tire with nitrogen for $4.99/tire, good deal right? WRONG!!! To drain the air and replace it with nitrogen will cost you $85 in total.

The Worst of the worst auto service, Cheap/poor quality, incredibly non of the technician including the auto service manager EILEEN FAULKNER has no knowledge of cars and she is fit for nothing, i don't understand how she is a manager. All the staff at Auto service know is how to steel money from customer pockets and overpricing and unnecessary charges. Experienced worst service, no going back there and I would say please do not visit any Canadian Tire. Technicians are bunch of idiots who are incompetent and zero experience, treats all cars as Guinea pigs and experiment on customer cars. Their failure was about to end my life or some one else life on risk. This lady Boss EILEEN has no regrets for their failure/negligence service and putting my life in danger and put the blame on car owners, they never accept their mistake and never ever takes any kind of responsibility for their failures.They don't have work ethics and integrity. What they have is 100%dishonesty and 100%disloyalty towards customers. All the staff her well trained to lie, deceive and how to over charge and how to put unnecessary charges. please read this reviews before even thinking of going to any Canadian tire. I will never ever go back to any Canadian tire. There should have been zero star option. I would give zero stars for this idiots....salute to the Management and their policies...

I came in last minute with slashed tires and Denis and Cory fit me in, set me up with a new set of tires- installed - so that I could drive for my double shift tomorrow!! They were so polite and helpful! Thank you guys for the amazing customer service. ☺

Top shelf service, trust my high end Lexus with their staff any day. They take the time, to measure twice, and cut once. Strongly recommend for any price point aware, yet quality driven people. Special thanks to Denis and Ron, very professional people, the kind you want client facing.

Denis at the automotive shop was one of the better service administrators I have had the pleasure of dealing with. In an industry or crooks and thieves, it is hard to find good help. The prices were amazing and no service rendered until I approved the work. He found the part I needed in record time and was very knowledgeable in every facet of the mechanical world. I am a journeyman heavy duty mechanic and have had many poor service advisors assist me. This location deserves your business solely on the service advisors like him and their staff.

We had a very good service provided by the two workers Denis and Ron at the auto front desk. We tried the shop and the service with first replacing the engine oil and filters then we came back to replace the tires of our Nissan Pathfinders just because of their good welcoming, support and the very information that they provided.
