Canadian Tire

have been to this store for over a year as we moved out of the city. Not once have we had bad customer service, or had a negative experience. The young man (store manager?) was right on the floor helping all and any customer whom had questions or product location.

Poor customer service in the auto centre (multiple visits). Everytime I need to talk to them, they act like I am bothering them. Also, not enough parts for my lawn mower (Calgary has the same issue though). Got worse after the expansion.

Nice staff, clean store, new owners seem great!

The store is nice. The staff not as friendly as I would expect. Cant get help in the garden centre.

New owner is awesome. Canadian tire meet up online and he was happy to help and adjus the price accordingly. Even the staff there say he jumps in and helps run tills and when I went back he was stalking fluids. I really love hands-on owners. There is much to be said and I'm happy this is the store nearest to me.

I came had my tires switched over to winters on Saturday and had an emergency I had to drive out today (Thanksgiving) to eastern Saskatchewan. Didn't bring a torque wrench or anything with me so I stopped by Canadian Tire in Strathmore and before I could buy any tools they offered to retorque for free even though I hadn't gotten them switched over at a Canadian Tire. Thanks a million.

Our cashier was visibly and vocally upset with us using Canadian Tire money. The other cashier that was doing nothing told us our dog was not allowed in the store. Every Canadian Tire I went to in BC had signs welcoming dogs, rather than leave your pet in the hot vehicle. This was easily the worst customer service experience I've ever had in a Canadian Tire.
