Wikwemikong Security Services is an operation protected by Cancom Security Inc. and has been in operation since July of 2011. Our mission is to maintain a peaceful community and to ensure the safety and protection of all residence as well as band buildings and personal housing. We also provide community based patrol services throughout the week to ensure public safety and do our best to prevent the decisions of others who choose to disobey the law. All staff are local band members and have been trained locally and are selected to assist in enhancing the community watch and liaise with the local Police service. Cancom Security is a proud progressive partner with the Wiikwemkoong Unceded Territory, Wikwemikong Fire Department, Wikwemikong Paramedics, and the Wikwemikong Tribal Police Service.
