I went to have my winter tires put on & I'm defiantly not going back. I dropped my car off & 10-15 minutes later they called me to say they couldn't find the wheel lock key, since another family member had previously been using the car & had the wheels changed I said if they didn't see it in the glove box then unfortunately I wouldn't know where it was. They said they already looked through the glove box & that they would have to cut the lug nuts off since they couldn't find it & replacing them would be an additional $40. I said fine & they replaced them, but when I got my car back & looked in the glove box & sitting right in the corner was the lock key. Then as soon as I took my car on the highway I realized they didn't even balance my tires. When I called to complain the receptionist just said to bring my car back & they would make sure to balance them.

This is a rewrite of my previous review in which I bitterly trashed this dealership. Apologies for getting swept up in the fury of the moment after receiving a 3000 dollar bill. But here's why you're still getting 1 star... The full scope of Canmore Chrysler's dishonesty became apparent when, after a series of "leaks" were found under my vehicle (preventing it from passing an out of province inspection), I had another mechanic take a closer look. It turns out three out of the four were simply cosmetic, the result of messy oil changes. I used 10 dollar over the counter degreaser on sections of the underside of my vehicle and dropped a 3000 dollar bill down to the low hundreds. Beware people.

PS. What I said about your labour rates still stands but the bow valley is overall outrageous for that.

When my rare Jeep Liberty Diesel died in downtown Canmore last Thursday afternoon I was pretty worried. The condo I was staying at was rented through Saturday and word had it that the rest of town was booked. On top of that we really needed to be back in Spokane Saturday to pick up our dog and to prepare for the coming work week.

Yvonne, Daisy, and your service team went the extra mile though and saved me. By late afternoon Thursday they had located the hard to find alternator and had it in-house and my Liberty fixed early Friday allowing me to return on schedule. I know that you all likely went beyond normal to make that happen and I can't express how I appreciate it.

Had the worst information given to me about getting my jeep serviced. Called in asked what I needed to have to get a loaner vehicle they said I needed nothing, when I got there and tried to get a loaner they told me I needed to have a credit card which I don't have. I called a week in advance to book my appointment to get my power steering pump replaced and went in and they didn't even have the pump there to fix it. The person I had on the phone never once told me that there was a possibility that it wouldn't get replaced the day I brought it in.

Visiting Canmore while on vacation. Had some issues with a truck and needed help. Dan at Canmore Chrysler was amazing. Super helpful and understanding. Even took the time to give us further travel/sightseeing-tips. So honest and caring in his dealings with us. They went above and beyond to help us out and get things sorted. I highly recommend them. Definitely 5 stars!

Helped a traveler in need of a tire . Canadian Tire would only sell me 4 because that's their policy. I only neede 2 and that's all I could afford at the time. Canmore Chrysler didn't have the ones I wanted in stock but were willing to order them in and put them on the next day. They also suggested they would put two on from Canadian Tire if I bought them loose there. Ended up just buying one of a different brand and limped home with the spare on the other. Went above and beyond to help me get home safely.

My shopping experience at Canmore Chrysler was not what I was expecting. I had previously been into the dealership to discuss purchasing one of their vehicles and had had a good experience. The second time around with a different salesperson (Jordan) was the complete opposite. When initially contacted via phone, he couldn't be bothered to send the requested information. I had to go into the dealership to get the information (an hour drive away) and decided to make an offer on the vehicle. The salesperson wasted an hour and a half of my time trying to justify their pricing ( I had told him I understood their pricing from my previous visit) and was extremely arrogant and condescending. At one point during our discussion, he asked why I "couldn't scrape together some more cents" to make a higher offer. It was offensive and rude. Prior to that comment I was prepared to accept a counteroffer from them but after being treated in such a manner, decided I didn't want to spend a single cent there. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. There is a reason their pricing is so low. It matches the quality of their customer service

Had a change oil last week, expecting their promotion of "peace of mind inspection" rate for 84.00CAD, though I prefer a synthetic oil instead, They let me signed a quotation amounting to 99.00CAD before the service., the charges end up to 190.00CAD, then when I asked them why is that so, they told me that because of the oil that I requested amounting to 95.00CAD and when I checked that kind of synthetic oil outside store it only cost 13.00CAD. "Having a change oil for190.00CAD" really surprising ", aside from this I been doing all my cars change oil with them for the past 4 years and this is what I got.

Great service department and friendly staff. I truly feel they have a customer's best interests at heart here. They don't always go for the most expensive fix. They do what is right which is appreciated. I actually drive in front calgary sometimes just to deal with these folks. The service staff know their stuff too. Thanks Canmore Chrysler.

We had a great experience! Jordan is awesome! He didn't push at all he was just doing what he could to help. WheN we told him what we were going through with our car he did everything he could to find the best bet for us and found us a great vehicle! I would defiantly go back again! Thank you so much guys for getting us into a vehicle when it was really needed!

Scheduled an oil change and wipers replaced. Brought the caravan in at 9 am as scheduled. Told it would be ready in 1 or two hours and by noon at latest.

Called around noon and told m
Not even started yet and not sure when it would be done.

Finally at 3pm they called to let me know it was ready.

Went to pick up and the cost was $40 more than quoted. I was upset and spoke to manager. I was deceived twice. Cost and ready time.

I do not recommend this dealership for service.

I am not sure I would have purchased a vehicle if it wasn't for Matt V's help. I wasn't actually in the market at the time of purchase but it only took Matt's honest, factual approach to help me walk out of there with 2016 a jeep trail hawk. Helpful and reliable is an understatement. He didn't sell me on a single thing. His knowledge and the way he offered the info I was looking for was more than enough. He is a modern salesman in all senses of the phrase. Honesty and facts. Plain and simple. He left the final decision making up to me. Zero pressure or obligation. Thanks again Matt.
