Canyon Meadows Auto Service

We had been having troubles with various lights burning out on our vehicle and had been frustrated with 2 different Nissan dealerships. In bot cases we ended up with more lights to replace. I checked online reviews and several recommended Canyon Meadows Auto Service. The figured out the problem with the right headlight and fix the wiring. The bulb itself was fine, however they explained the last place hadn't connected the bulb properly! I also had an oil change done. The service was excellent and the rates are very reasonable. Will definitely come back here.

Best experience with an auto shop ever! Couldn't possible say enough good things about the gentleman that run this place! Took the time to talk about the problems and talk through the problems! At no point did I feel like I was being overcharged or told that something that needs to be fixed that in fact didn't! Trustworthy, hardworking and reliable. I have been taking my 14 Aura to Canyon Meadows Auto since buying it in 15 along with our other 2 vehicles and have always had excellent service, advice with no added costs/surprises and would rate them a 5 star. However, when I recently had my winter tires put on after running on my spare for a week, they changed the tires but did not put the spare back and just left it loose in the truck. It was no big deal and it took me 5 minutes to put it into its proper place but the mechanics were always known for doing the little things that set them apart from the other service places. Had it been my wife or daughter, they would not have know how to put it back in. Again, it was not a big deal for me but this type of normal customer service was one of the things that set them apart and not putting the spare back in was the only reason I did not rate them a 5 star as I would have expected most shops to replace the spare.

Being a Journeyman Mechanic all my life it takes a lot to impress me and these guys have done it. Canyon Meadows Auto Service owner and staff have reached the limit when it comes to honesty, service and first class work. ''PERFECTION" is hard to achieve and they have done it. My only regret is that I did not find you when I first retired. Thank you for everything. "Oh by the way I am here to stay." Tim Roberts.

We've take vehicles to Canyon Meadows Auto for many years. Friendly, honest service. Took my vehicles other places because it was convenient at the time and usually never gotten the same level of service or honesty that you get with the guys at Canyon Meadows Auto.

The team at Canyon Meadows Auto Service is trustworthy and I know I will never take my business elsewhere. I started dealing with them after an unfortunate experience I had at the dealership where I purchased my vehicle and them trying to tell me my vehicle needed more service than I thought was required. Canyon Meadows Auto Service did a thorough inspection on my vehicle and affirmed I did not need all the Service the dealership was pressing me to do. As a woman that knows absolutely NOTHING about vehicles, I know I am in great hands and I can trust in their recommendations to keep my vehicle road worthy and me safe on the road! Hats off to a great family business with competent and caring professionals!

Well I've been coming here for a few years now. What can I say I now know I've been ripped off, since I just called to ask how much it would be to switch from my winters to my all seasons and was told it would be $150. Everywhere else I called told me $50. I just repaired my car for almost $1,100 a few weeks before I asked that, and many times before that with my other cars for around the same price (2007 caravan, 2004 escape, 2007 escape all repairs for each vehicle ran me close to $1000)...so I was honestly even expecting it to possibly be for free that's how "nice" I thought I had been treated. I guess not. Call around. And now they've called to "confirm" that there was a miscommunication in pricing on my end and I under paid. Why in the hell would they do all of the work then and get me to pay $56? Country tire switched my tires and checked my ball joints and bearings for $56 I will post the receipt and be going in to show them the receipt. If they were close to canyon meadows auto price then I'm pretty sure they wouldn't let me leave without paying that price. I've been called three times now to be told I'm lying. You just lost a costumer. I was this close to going back. Oh and let me add on I mentioned I'm 6 months pregnant and need an inspection for a new vehicle and I'm told a basic inspection is $99 to check basic things and the "detailed" inspection will cost me twice that to check for mechanical issues. A person with 1/2 a brain would know an out of province inspection at most places is $150. I have never been so appalled and disgusted in my life. But it's obviously because I'm a woman. Wow just wow.

This shop is great. The staff is friendly, the prices are fair, they will keep in good communication with you through the entire process. I'm really happy with the work they do and the way they treat me as a valued customer.

I took my car car in to check and charge up the battery and to fix the turning signal. It was my first time there, and I had a great experience. Even though it was a small job, they were accommodating and they kept me informed of progress. Noel, the Service Advisor, was very friendly and helpful.

I have been taking my 04 Aura to Canyon Meadows Auto since buying it in 05 along with our other 2 vehicles and have always had the best experience with no added costs/surprises and having only the required service done every time with excellent customer service and quality work. From regular maintenance to full engine rebuilds, they can do it all. Highly recommend you give them a try...
