Called in to have a someone dispatched to my apartment building because I didn’t have any heat in my unit. Before discussing anything with me, the CSR abruptly informed me that I would have to fill out a Credit Card Auth form before they could proceed with any information. The CSR then rudely informed me it would be a minimum 2 hour charge at $118 an hour just to diagnose and they wouldn’t be able to see me for 2 weeks... uh, it’s going to be cold outside soon and I have no heat... no thanks, I’ll call someone else who will treat me like a human being and not just ask me for my money first, thanks :)

As someone who works in customer service, people want to proceed using your company when you provide them a polite and warm experience, which I did not have. The way these messages were delivered completely steered me away from using Caon.

one of the workers almost dropped a T-bar ceiling on my head. Please have these people on a leash. they can't be trusted with a ladder. We were in a hospital for heaven sakes.

Stop making unsolicited business calls, jerks.

Make sure you get it in writing from these people before they come to your house that they do not charge for quotes. I was charged 101.00 to have one of their representatives make an appointment and not show up, then make another appointment and show up hours late and do nothing at all but tell me they would send me a quote for the work I needed done.... Before I received the quote I was sent a bill for $101.00. Most plumbing companies will come and give you a quote and won't charge you for it if you decide to have them do the work. I did not receive a quote, was sent a bill for having someone come and give me a quote (which I never received) and they say that is standard practice.
