He took the time to show us some of the features on our new car and didn’t rush us out the door after we bought our car. Our salesperson Kyle was extremely helpful and understanding of our numerous weird requests and test drives, as to be honest, we never thought we would be buying a Chevrolet. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle and determined to get us a great deal without too much pressure. When the vehicle we wanted to purchase sold, Kyle and Eddy worked very hard to get us a similar vehicle in a very short amount of time at what we feel was a great deal. On the finance / warranty side of things, Sheryl was very helpful and explained all the options in detail and didn't try to sell you anything that wasn't worth it. Initially went in to test drive a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox Premier and a 2018 GMC Terrain SLT. I was really looking forward to checking out the redesigned SUV's. I was met by Zach in sales and he was super friendly from the minute I met him. He was tied up with a client when I first arrived due to the private sale on -going and a deal taking a bit longer. He introduced me to Sarah within minutes and she had us going on our test drive. Even though she was new to the dealership she was friendly, knowledgeable, and had a good attitude. Once I returned from the test drive, I let Zach know that I ended up really liking the new Terrain. From there he went to work on getting me the best deal with my preferred pricing & trade in value.



Matt the Sales Manager was also super friendly, and there was no b.s. everything was very up front and honest. I felt like this was the right decision and we moved forward with the financing details, which is where I met with Jeff. He grabbed some information, and let me know he'd work his hardest to try and get an approval.



Zach kept me up to date during the waiting process, whether it was a quick text or phone call he always made sure I was kept involved.



Unfortunately due to my previous experience with Cavalcade screwing me at Woodridge Ford the banks had a hard time swallowing the negative equity and Jeff felt that it wouldn't be the best idea to move forward. As I respected because they knew the type of situation I had been in and the budget I had in mind.



Even when Zach had to fly out of town for personal reasons, he came back and apologized, and we were able to touch base on what might be next.



Either way, I cannot say anything bad about the people at Capital Chevrolet. The sales team, the finance team, even the girls at the front.



I will totally be keeping in touch with Zach, to see if we can workout something soon.

Huge shout out to Capital Chevy Buick GMC for going above and beyond for customer service. I experienced some damage with my GMC Terrain as a result of a tow. When the tow company denied responsibility, Capital agreed to cover the cost of the damage even though it wasn’t their fault, and also offered me rental car service while in the shop. For a dealership to show me this level of customer service even after they already have my money from the purchase speaks volumes. Need a new car? Visit Capital GMC

To be honest if I could give you 0 stars I would but that is not possible. This is what I experienced today:



Hello, I am writing to you because I left your dealership with a sour taste in my mouth. I came today to look at either a Chevy Silverado or Colorado. Both which should have been in stock according to your site. It took about 15 minutes for anyone to actually greet me and when I was finally greeted the sales person did not even give me his name or ask for mine. This sales person was Kevin but was in an office with business cards that said Ken Paget, I told him what I was looking for and the price I was willing to spend. For some reason Kevin decided that meant to show me a completely different vehicle and one that was fully loaded and over my price range. He showed me a GM Canyon and Sierra, I get that the Canyon and Colorado are basically the same vehicle and same with the Sierra and Silverado but we all know that the GM brand is more expensive than the Chevy brand. Ken would continually leave me for 20 minutes at a time to go look for information he did not have and when he came back he would still not have the information I needed. I spent 1 hour and 30 minutes with him and I still do not know the prices and specs on what you have in stock (yes I can get that info on your website, that is not the point) or the financing rates available to me. I did not see a single Silverado or Colorado. The manger had to step in and to be honest made it worse. He asked me where I worked and to see the vehicle I was trading in before even knowing what I wanted to buy. He said he would check to see if my place of employment was on a list of preferred customers and never came back.



My parents bought a couple of vehicles from this dealership back when it use to be Southgate, I thought I would get great service and to be honest this was probably the worst service one could possibly get from a dealership. I lost 2 hours of my long weekend at your dealership, I still do not have any more information to help me make a decision that I cannot get off your site. At this point I feel like I need to go out of my way to a dealership that is further away or in another city to get a vehicle because you don't deserve my money or business.

Terrible experience from dealing with salesman Steven, to all the issues like scratches and key fob lost at dealership. Being promised a gift card for my bad experience and now no one returns my phone. I’d stay far away from this dealership. There are a lot of better ones in this city that I have been trusting with my maintenance and any other questions I have had since buying the vehicle.

Matt the Sales Manager was also super friendly, and there was no b.s. everything was very up front and honest. I felt like this was the right decision and we moved forward with the financing details, which is where I met with Jeff. He grabbed some information, and let me know he'd work his hardest to try and get an approval.



Zach kept me up to date during the waiting process, whether it was a quick text or phone call he always made sure I was kept involved.



Unfortunately due to my previous experience with Cavalcade screwing me at Woodridge Ford the banks had a hard time swallowing the negative equity and Jeff felt that it wouldn't be the best idea to move forward. As I respected because they knew the type of situation I had been in and the budget I had in mind.



Even when Zach had to fly out of town for personal reasons, he came back and apologized, and we were able to touch base on what might be next.



Either way, I cannot say anything bad about the people at Capital Chevrolet. The sales team, the finance team, even the girls at the front.



I will totally be keeping in touch with Zach, to see if we can workout something soon.

To be honest if I could give you 0 stars I would but that is not possible. This is what I experienced today:



Hello, I am writing to you because I left your dealership with a sour taste in my mouth. I came today to look at either a Chevy Silverado or Colorado. Both which should have been in stock according to your site. It took about 15 minutes for anyone to actually greet me and when I was finally greeted the sales person did not even give me his name or ask for mine. This sales person was Kevin but was in an office with business cards that said Ken Paget, I told him what I was looking for and the price I was willing to spend. For some reason Kevin decided that meant to show me a completely different vehicle and one that was fully loaded and over my price range. He showed me a GM Canyon and Sierra, I get that the Canyon and Colorado are basically the same vehicle and same with the Sierra and Silverado but we all know that the GM brand is more expensive than the Chevy brand. Ken would continually leave me for 20 minutes at a time to go look for information he did not have and when he came back he would still not have the information I needed. I spent 1 hour and 30 minutes with him and I still do not know the prices and specs on what you have in stock (yes I can get that info on your website, that is not the point) or the financing rates available to me. I did not see a single Silverado or Colorado. The manger had to step in and to be honest made it worse. He asked me where I worked and to see the vehicle I was trading in before even knowing what I wanted to buy. He said he would check to see if my place of employment was on a list of preferred customers and never came back.



My parents bought a couple of vehicles from this dealership back when it use to be Southgate, I thought I would get great service and to be honest this was probably the worst service one could possibly get from a dealership. I lost 2 hours of my long weekend at your dealership, I still do not have any more information to help me make a decision that I cannot get off your site. At this point I feel like I need to go out of my way to a dealership that is further away or in another city to get a vehicle because you don't deserve my money or business.

Being promised a gift card for my bad experience and now no one returns my phone. I’d stay far away from this dealership.
