Career Assistance Network Description

PROFILE

CAN (Career Assistance Network) has been serving the people of Red Deer and Central Alberta since 1996. Starting off as a one person office helping anyone needing a professional resume, CAN has grown to be one of Central Alberta’s largest and most well respected Career & Employment Service providers.

CAN has consistently provided some of the most creative and successful Career and Employment initiatives in the region. Just a few examples of these initiatives include the development and execution of both the Central Alberta Job Fair and the Central Alberta Employer Recruitment & Retention Guide. CAN has also developed innovative solutions to assist with post-secondary graduate placement, oilfield training and recruitment, specialized immigrant services and career transition programs for individuals over 55.

Whether you’re a youth looking to secure your first job, a stay-at-home parent looking to re-enter the work force, an immigrant trying to understand the Canadian work force, an unemployed Albertan looking to find a new job, or an employed worker looking for a better opportunity, we CAN help!
