C.A.R.E.Society Description
Creating Awareness Resources and Empowerment Society (C. A. R. E. S. ) provides Nurture Yourself workshops that teach valuable techniques in empowering women in further developing their self-esteem. The program is based on the values of respect, integrity and inclusiveness. C. A. R. E. S. also works in collaboration with Calgary Family Services to develop Empowerment Workshops for specific audiences including: program for women, program for men, program for youth, program for new parents, and program for older adults 65 + .
