This was my first time using Carpet Mechanics. Bev Nelson was very friendly and patient as she discussed what I wanted done and provided a quote. I had them remove old tassel edging from my 20-year-old area rugs and serge 2 of 4 edges on each rug with matching burgundy thread. The price they charged was reasonable and I was thrilled that the end result was exactly as I'd hoped. I can't tell the new edges from the old edges. I definitely plan to return to Carpet Mechanics to have other area rugs done.
