Carsco Auto (Permanently Closed)

Terrible experience. I was sold a lemon. The mechanic signed off on it saying it was safe but it wasn't. Unfortunately, because of the company's terrible management he'll be penalized and possibly lose his license. They were bought by House of Cars and now refuse to remedy the problem. My next step is reporting them to AMVIC

STAY AWAY FROM THEM, REGARDLESS OF THE NAME ITS STILL RAN BY THE SAME PEOPLE. Stay away!

Had a great experience .

We bought a van from here in 2013 and had a wonderful experience from a no pressure salesman to the office and finance staff. We have a fantastic vehicle that has not had any mechanical issues at all. I rated 3 stars, however, because we recently received communication from them looking to see if we would be interested in a new vehicle. We actually had been contemplating getting something a bit newer so we heard them out. I gave them very specific details on what we were looking for and what we absolutely were not interested in. The salesman we were working with was incredibly pushy about what he wanted us to buy and I finally had to be very firm with him after the 6th or 7th time that we were NOT interested in the maker of the vehicle he was pushing so hard for us to buy. I told him what I wanted, how much I was willing to pay for it, and if he could get that to work then great, if not, I was still happy with our existing vehicle He did not listen to me when we were there in person to look at what they had.. asked me the same question multiple times. It was not a positive experience and felt smarmy. He tried to get me to put a $500 deposit down on a vehicle they didn't even have in inventory but that he would "try to get." I refused to put anything down until I had numbers in front of me. A week later he got back to me and said the best he could do was almost double what I was willing to pay.. prior to that he had been "confident" that he could get what we wanted. I said thanks but no thanks and walked away. That second experience left a very bad taste in my mouth.. it seems the business has gone downhill in the last 3 years from a helpful used car dealership when we bought our vehicle, to a typical smarmy used car dealership.

I was really nervous about buying my first car, i knew used was the best way to go but i had no idea what to look for. This company made my experience so much easier and they where so helpful! I love my Ford and i was so happy they found me something i wanted and i did not have to settle for anything less :) Thanks Guys!!
