YOUR ORDER INFROMATION: This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.

Custom order points:

At CC we make the attires according to your size and specifications. Only after receiving confirmation by email, we process the order and start make. (No confirmation is taken by phone or other verbal sources than email)

Pictures:

We carry pictures that were taken by ourselves of outfits we made, workshop pictures, model pictures and also designer wear pictures that were send from clients for make and collected from web sources, shop pictures and more . If an outfit is an ORIGINAL it will be clearly marked, if the FABRIC is an ORIGINAL from a designer outlet it will also be clearly stated. And if we are doing remake or replication or make another version of the model picture, it will also be clearly stated. All information is clear, upfront and visible. Questions are always welcome regarding any matter.


Color:

Most times the real outfit is more vibrant in person. The color shown on the web pages might differ slightly from real life. The color shown on computer screens is at times 1 or 2 shades different from one in real. Also different material shows same color in different variations, with lining and without.



Measurement:

For Shalwar kameez, Islamic wear and others: We will send you the measurement chart for sizing factors; you can also send us your personal sizes. Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Each garment is made as you order. No changes can be made after confirmation of sizes.

For Saree – blouse / petticoat makes, we can do semi stitched or stitched blouses in standard size and shape. If you are very particular about your size, will request getting semi stitched blouses for sarees or keep the blouse fabric unstitched.


For bridals we also accept personal sizes.

Fabric and embellishments:

We use 100% natural pure fabrics, fully handmade embellishments for formal /bridal outfits, best quality threads for embroidered outfits. We also offer color switch, fabric switch, work customization options. These will be confirmed before order is processed. Prices might vary with options chosen. It will be clearly stated in the email consultations. No changes can be made once we receive the confirmation. Dry cleaning / gentle wash is recommended for most hand embroidery items, so the work stays as is and delicate fabrics / color stay in good condition.

Time:

Many outfits require hand work and machine work and our expert work’s men and designers create a custom outfit especially for you. We will mention an individual timeline for each order processing. For shipping and international processing we request clients we keep couple of days of cushion time as well. We prefer not to hurry or rush order, so the work is spot on.

If you have urgency, please state that before confirmation. We might be able to accommodate based on workload and other factors.

Shipping:

Your outfits are shipped by reputed carries like FEDEX, DHL, UPS, SKYNET, SKY LINKS, TNT ETC. The carrier will be picked by us, based on your location. The delivery time is dependent on the number and type of outfits ordered. You will be provided tracking number and confirmation once outfit is shipped. WE will state the price for shipping if any before order confirmation. We are not liable for any sort of rules and regulation changes of international shipments by individual countries, custom taxes, extra weight charges, custom handling, shipping delays due to unforeseen events or missed shipping due to incorrect address or name.

Return /Refund Policy:

All sales are final. Goods ones sold cannot be returned back. Details are provided before order confirmation and you are welcome to clear any matter ahead of placing orders. We take maximum care in quality control and double check everything before dispatching the package. Kindly note that dresses once made according to your measurements are delivered to you on the basis of no exchange or refund.

Only in extreme cases like: mix up of packages, wrong order code etc: a customer may return the product for replacement /refund. The customer must return the product within 2 days after receiving it. The product must be unused, unworn and should be in the original condition in which it was purchased. (Shipping charges are not refunded)
