One word: Dishonest.
My car was there for more than 3 weeks. I called several times and left messages and emails. Finally, we got Cassie, the Store Manager, she was rude and gave my husband a bunch of excuses of why the car was not ready. Aparently they have no way to contact us, huh?.
Well, turns out they crashed the car, did not call us and tried to cover it up.
Sheldon, the Director, was really nice and apologized.
But, the responsible owners just discarded our complains because we cannot prove fraudulent business and closed the case.

I had a fantastic experience with Car Star Express Calgary. They got a quote on my car quickly, fixed it in the exact amount of time they said it would take, and did a beautiful job. Very thankful!

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

I went in to these guys to secure my bumper which was separating from my car after getting stuck on a curb. They gave me a really reasonable quote, and re-secured the bumper in the meantime, free of charge! If I ever need further body work, I'll totally go here, and know they won't try to take advantage of me. Caitlin Robinson, the repair advisor who helped me, was incredibly friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

If you want your car fixed, this location is the place you should NOT bring to. I was told my vehicle was ready to be picked up and when i got there, They were just finishing detailing my car and I looked at it and one side of the exhaust was bent down (dual exhaust) but yet they replaced the tip on it and did not bend it back to proper position. I then had to bring it back another day for them to fix it and once I got it back, it was before than before but still no fixed properly. They are blaming it on corrosion on the exhaust closer to the front.. which is complete BS do it there being a flex pipe in the middle that allows movement. The manager was just rude and pretty much told me thats all they are going to do and if I wanted it fixed, I would have to pay for a whole new exhaust system. Unfortunately, I have to give them 1 star... If I could give 0 star I would.

Roxanne was very aggressive and rude. It made a upsetting accident repair even more traumatizing. I cannot recommend this location.

Excellent detail and mechanical work

Don't be fooled... When they advertise they can do the work for "a fraction of the body shop price", this "fraction" is likely to be 80%, and the results cannot be compared...
