Great experience. Great customer service from the front end staff, super fast repairs (repair took 2 days, and quoted at 10 days), and one of their employees even helped me move 2 of my carseats from my vehicle that was getting repaired to my rental (which is no easy task, parents am I right?!).Highly recommend!

Brought my Acadia in for repair. Came back detailed in and out body lines are perfect paint is a special white pearl they matched it perfect. Looks like the day i brought it home. Thanks for making my experiance a great one. Highly recomended.

They did an amazing job, when I brought my truck in it was scratched from front to back, when they were done it looked like it just came out of the showroom.

I had taken my car to another carstar location and they had said my car was drive-able. They were also extremely short with me and too busy for any questions or concerns I had.

After looking into what had happened to my car a bit more (piece of rebar or metal fell off a trunk and hit underneath my car, ended up damaging the front bumper, inter-cooler and radiator, no leaks though), I phoned Okotoks Carstar and spoke to Gillian. As soon as I spoke to her, she offered to have a tow truck come and pick my car up as she guessed the damage was more than the previous location had identified.

I'm pretty naive about how things work and asked about a million questions, all of which she thoroughly answered and helped make the process as easy as possible. When I got the car back, they even detailed it!!!

I can't recommend Okotoks Carstar enough! All the ladies I spoke to at this location were extremely friendly and personable. I sort of hope I never have another insurance claim/car damage again, but if I do, I will definitely come back to this location.

Took the car in for hail damage with everything else in pristine condition, but we receive it back with blacked out car spray paint all chipped and even wiped off on the car symbols. Yes car paint. Not your average spray paint. Now the interior is scratched, and windows are scratched. Poor quality and absolutely no pride in their work. Would not recommend. They tried to downplay the paint chips and the paint coming off by correcting they way we spray painted the symbols, which was done completely right and no problem before. They only offered to take the car back in for a day to fix it. Yeah, we really trust you now. They also didn't even apologize and own up to it.
