We need your help! Many of you keep asking us what’s going to happen beside Cartago in the adjacent space. As a community that’s hungry for amenities, we’re trying hard to bring you more. We would like to open a coffee shop and deli in the space beside Cartago. The city refused our development permit due to what they say is insufficient parking in the area to support the change of use from a general retail space to a restaurant space. One of the other possible tenants is a c...annabis store and although we think they would be chill neighbours 😅, we think our concept better serves the neighbourhood. We will also be hosting an open house at Cartago on July 30th from 6-8pm for anyone who wants to come and learn more about the project.
