Cash Casino

Gambling is gambling, when you go to the casino you shouldn't complain about the slots, card shufflers and you lose money. The casinos don't control those things as they are regulated. What I don't understand is he recent changes to the food/service. Customers now order at the bar or restaurant and if it's the bar they are trying to make it like a restaurant. Honestly doesn't make sense. I see you want older people out and get the younger crowd to come gamble but this isn't going to get younger people in. The older people play slots and they gamble, if you lose these people you'll start to lose money. What ownership is doing isn't to make more money, it looks like they woke up one day with half their brain gone.

We used to go there a lot but no longer. Food prices have gone up twice this year with quality decreasing. Gambling wise it seems the slots are pretty tight this year as opposed to the past few years. Name should be Cash Grab. Today was a good example. Fish and chips now 17 bucks for tasteless product ( used to be 12 bucks with a lighter batter). My wife won a total of 56 free games on a slot machine. Won $16.32. so about 32 cents per spin. Last week I won 16 free games on a slot. Paid $2.18. Not worth the trouble. This place has tightened the slots to a level where it's not gambling. It's a donation.

Great for parking even though when it is busy you may have to walk a bit to get inside. Food is mediocre for a mediocre price. Tastes good but if you have a cast iron stomach probably ok. Atmosphere is ok for a Casino. Dancing girls on Friday or Sat. evenings are amateur dancers and ok looking.

Nice place to go. Great breakfast for a great price. Lots of different slot machines to play. The people are friendly and there is lots of parking available. Try it out.

Parking stalls are extremely tight, I parked within the yellow lines and the vehicle beside me left me a note saying I don't know how to park. Embers restaurant has this horrible older server chick (blonde, glasses, in her 50's), not sure why they let her service customers even if she's the manger or owner of the restaurant, just funny watching her rude and impolite she operates in a restaurant setting, she hates her job, set her free.

Our group volunteers here and has for many years. The staff are always so nice (the office, floor, food services, security-everybody), love the food and even the volunteer room is actually comfortable! It would be great if they could make the cash cage a bit more comfortable (paint it a less blah colour, for one), but otherwise no complaints :)

A week ago I lost my phone/it got stolen from the casino. It was a Sunday night and my fiancé and I were just going for a little bit of fun after a show at the Laugh Shop. Now I know a phone is just a phone but it still felt like a serious violation of my privacy. I asked security to help to even just look into the situation to see if they could tell what happened with the cameras. I was told basically that it wasn't worth their time and that the cameras didn't follow me so there's nothing they could have done to help. Now I'm not an idiot and I know how the system works on the backend. Plus there's signs all over the place saying that the entire area is under surveillance. So they should just call it what it is - they deemed my situation not important enough to look into. Which is fine, and yes it will have an impact on whether I return here or not. But god forbid anything more serious happens on your premises; I hope you will act more professionally and give the person that was victimized more of your time and consideration.

Went for a couple drinks, some food and some gambling...had a couple drinks and went to order food. They don't give you what you want and when we tried getting a poutine with a burge the idiot behind the counter wouldn't let us get a pouting with a burger lol....only been there a couple times and won't be back.
