Useless

Tried to visit the store to buy some replacement wheels for the Castorland Pallet Jack I bought a few years ago.

I couldn't pry them away from their empty cash register to get some help.

I asked where the replacement steer wheels where, the response I got was "against the wall".....there were 200 wheels on the wall..

I just got yelled directions from across the store, I ended up walking out.
