My car was recently totalled so i was on the lookout for another vehicle. I didn't know what kind of vehicle I wanted, so I was stressing out and needed something really fast. And that's when my cousin told me to call her car dealer man Brian Schiber. I spoke to Brian Everything was done in no time he suggested a Pontiac G6 for me, I didn't know how I felt about it but then he told me to come look at it and test drive it. And right there I knew that was the car for me. I'm stress free now and it's all thanks to Brian. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a car! Thank you so much Brian ur the best!!!!!

User

Cavalcade Auto was wonderful (especially Fred), I have leased 2 vehicles through them. I just paid off my second vehicle, and I have to say I am very glad that I met Fred. When I was having trouble with my credit (after losing a newer vehicle during the last recession Fred helped me get into another car and then my minivan a few years later. I tell everyone I know about Cavalcade as they have been my car angels :)

User

These guys are crooks added 6 grand to my contract. Which is signed cause of the 800 signatures they want. I didn't notice.(my bad thought people people were honest). 9 months later I ask how much i I have left. Only 2500 dollars as gone nto the car....hmmm should be 4300 gone.

User

I've somehow been getting their feed on fb. Could not find my last post to them so I thought I'd try again.

Crooks! I paid 24,000 bucks for a 12,000 dollar vehicle. No warranty.. The scam is

. 1- they don't report your payment history to the credit bureau..

2- you will literally pay for the vehicle 2 times over with their interest

3- after you pay off the vehicle, you will get a buy out price. In my case it was around 3,000. Then they "sell" you the vehicle for 1.00.

So after paying over twice the price for my truck, my final bill of sale is worth 1.00

When I emailed E _ _ _ k from the credit department he said. This is copied and pasted from my email--"When you re-wrote your account, it shows a $1.00 buyout at the end so that's why it shows like that on the bill of sale."

I don't know how they can legally operate like this. STAY AWAY!

User

Having just got my 2nd vehicle (only 4 months ago and 3000km) from these guys and not once did they tell me in advance that both vehicles were in accidents, until it was time to sign the paperwork. That to me is a little on the shady side of used car sales men. So this new/used vehicle was having issues when I got up to 90 km p/h, this on Deer Foot, my check engine light was going off and the car was binging. When I was able to get off and slow down to 50 all seem to have stopped, nope as soon as I got up to 60 the light started to go off again. Called my salesmen and was told to call my warranty provider and see what they could do and his hands were tied and could not do anything for me. After seeing the mechanic I was told that this is an issue that could have been taken care of by Cavalcade and Big 4 motors, but no just doing the bare minimum just to get the vehicle off the lot I have when all is said and done I will be out $700 and 2 days missed at work, that’s (160 x 2). To people that don’t have lots, that a lot of money. However lesson learned, I will get my finances fixed up and go to a real dealership and purchase a vehicle with no accidents and a sales group that will stand behind their products, and not leave it to warranties.

User

Do not use this company and if you do because it's all you can do check everything with a thin comb!

My interest rate was no where on my lease agreement. Not in an official mark. It was noted in pen ( hard to read ) and worded to sound as though it's only that rate for one month. Not to mention after a year of paying the second lease, next to nothing had actually been paid off on the loan so they are an interest up front sort of company.

I had two separate leases with them. My first time around was smooth sailing but I was desperate for a vehicle and didn't know what I know now. when I did a trade in 2 years after all went down hill. No where on my lease did it account for the money they rolled from my previous lease to my new lease. There was an additional $10000 add on my vehicle with no written record of where it came from or why.

Also if you do a trade in with them or from cavalcade to another company check your credit bureaus not long after.

Cavalcade is horrible at removing things and properly entering things. According to them I had 2 vehicles at the same time and same price. My new trade in payment x2. Then next time I checked I had 2 vehicles at 2 different prices. My new trade in and my first original car from over 2 years ago wasn't marked as "closed".

When I was trading in my lease a couple weeks ago for a brand new car cause my credit is now good, the people at Cavalcade were not cooperative when I needed information. Both myself and the credit specialist at the dealership I was using were fighting to get ahold of these people and the proper information. In a specific situation the credit specialist at the dealership had to contact other banks/ companies for information because cavalcade personnel weren't cooperative.

Thanks cavalcade for being shady, uncooperative, unfriendly, horrible at keeping records and updating records and for messing with people's credit!

This company advertises that they are meant to help you rebuild credit but they don't take care of things properly on their end leaving your credit looking like a horrible mess. And the people in the accounting area do not take it seriously and are not easy or friendly to deal with while you try to get them to correct their mistakes.

So very Happy be done with this horrible company and the people who operate it.

STAY AWAY!
