Unlike some other reviews I found the staff polite and the physiotherapist knowledgeable and seemingly eager to me back to my originally healthy state.

Very Poor Service. they are Keep Booking appointments and Take about 2-3 hours Extra then your Original time. If your Time is at 9 plz go around 11:30 what a Waste of your time. Avoid this place as much as You can.

I am not recommended to the person who want to go to Family Practice Doctor. The receptionist is rude and impolite. I asked her gently the information about the steps to do seems I said something bad her. Dedicate to her, the patients have to work hard to get money , then they are going to share it to you. Please don't treat us like garbage

Very poor services. I was the first patient to be examined, but six people were checked ahead of me. Didn't understand why did I wait too long and what for was I told to wait? Please avoid at any cost, go a km to a far place but not here. Anyone disagrees, please do contact me. I will go on with complaint as far as I can!

Some talent physio staff here. Thorough and professional. Easy to talk to.

Horrible service. Go elsewhere. These guys will create unnecessary bills without doing any actual treatment. STAY AWAY!!

A horrible place that cater to WCB's every whim.
I had a very young and inexperienced Physiotherapist who went against my doctors orders and decided to cater to WCB's eagerness to throw me back into work before I healed.
I have since went elsewhere, and I suggest you do the same - save yourself the headache. Talk to your physiotherapist and make sure that they are interested in YOU! Not some organisation that is only concerned about money.
