Came here for my shoulder injury- facility is well maintained, equipment in great condition. Reception staff are very polite and welcoming and always give great service. Initial doctor meeting and testing gave me information for long term strengthening and the significance of it for avoiding future injuries.My therapist was Mandy- excellent coach for explaining and planning my exercise routine for strengthening. She is very good at what she does, easy to deal with, answered all my questions and concerns and provided information for long term fitness.
Accupuncture with Scott, excellent service and really knowledgeable with lots of experience , my results for pain relief were immediate from my very first treatment.
It's been almost 3 weeks, I am quite appreciative of the overall care that Mandy and Scott continue to provide, I am almost healed, I did not expect to see results this quickly and drug free, so this is a true testament as to the great Quality of experienced and dedicated staff that this clinic has, they all work well together and take pride in the service they provide.
Thanks also to Brad for taking the time to meet with the employer to create a safer workplace..

The CBI clinic staff are very knowledgeable and supportive. Thank you Camila, Akash, Meghan, Ken, Scott, Dwight, and Anna. I’m walking away more grounded and with more tools. I have a deeper understanding of how I can cope with stressors and triggers related to my workplace injury. You have to come with an open mind!!!

CBI Central holds a special place in my heart. Every one of the staff members is like family to me - they all remember me when I walk through the door, and are so accommodating and kind. I have nothing but the highest of things to say about Sean Clarke. But the front end staff - Eliza and Anna and Karen and Anne-Marie and Stephanie - always make sure to go above and beyond for me in all that I need. The therapists are amazing - Terri has helped me recover and heal from several injuries. Ryan is a fabulous manager - one of the best the clinic has seen in years. You’ll be lucky to have clinicians such as Vanessa and Maggie and Wally on your rehabilitation team. If I could give them higher than a five star rating, I would. Even though this CBI location isn’t the closest for me, I always choose and recommend the Central location for their supreme care and kindness in treating and dealing with their clients. Thank you for all you guys have ever done for me, and everything you continue to do for me and my family ❤️ You guys have a special place in my heart.

As soon as I walked into this clinic I was greeted with smiles that would light up the room by the administrative assistants, Stephanie, Ann Marie and Eliza. Very friendly and helpful. I had the privilege of working with Veronica, Anna, Ken, Sally and Patrick for 3 months in 2015. My entire team was very knowledgeable and caring. Real professionals in their particular field. Unfortunately I was in need of more treatment for another 3 months this year.
Fortunately I was sent back to this CBI. This time was very hard for me as I was going through more in life other then dealing with WCB. Patrick and his sidekick Sam helped me along more than they realize. Also had the joy of Julien Vanessa and Talia assisting my rehabilitation. I don't even want to know the amount of hours and hard work Kayte put into my very difficult case. Being from out of town and away from my family, this team made me feel like part of the CBI family.
They helped me realize that with a little hard work and effort by me, and their assistance that rehabilitation is a realistic achievable goal.
If anything good did come from my workplace injury, it was being sent to this CBI clinic where not only my team but the entire staff made me feel at home. I feel like I have made life time friends.

What a wonderful, welcoming and great place to be treated! The staff at this clinic are simply amazing and go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable. Maggie, Ryan and Vanessa were especially amazing at going out of their way to help me. The mental health group that they developed helped me get though an extremely tough time in my life and thanks to them, Í was able to return to work. Í am forever grateful for this place, the staff and all the things they helped me accomplish. This clinic is highly recommended— they are amazing!!!!
