Cedar Ridge Dental / Micheal Pitcher, D.D.S.

Dentists are not normally enjoyable to go to, but the staff have always been exceptionally pleasant here. I had gone to them with emergency work to be done and they fit me in quickly and got 10 years worth of neglected teeth taken care of. They were flexible with methods due to a TMJ disorder in order to make me more comfortable, answer all questions without hesitation and have gone above and beyond to make your visit as comfortable as they can. Their office is beautiful, nice decor, with fresh fruit and coffee in the waiting room, massage chairs and tv's on the ceiling while they work on your teeth.

The most horrible experience possible. First the filling was installed that way that it caused the pain every time I bite, then the filling was adjusted which solved the problem only partially. 5 months later it fell while flossing, caused the bleeding and pain through whole jaw from nerve exposed, pain was every time brushing teeth, eating, drinking water even. This happened Friday evening, no one was on the phone, so I've sent email explaining what happened. They replied that there is no time on Monday but they will call if something will be free. I confirmed regular appointment on Tuesday. And to my surprise they said that they will do only cleaning. ( in the condition that I haven't eaten few days from pain and had to take painkillers and it still hurts). No one told me this and no one called as it was promised in email. I find it highly unprofessional to treat clients like this and expect that people should be happy tolerating pain. It's definitely worth to drive to Edmonton for dental services than suffer like this

I was very impressed with everyone at Cedar Ridge from Reception to the Doctor.
They listened to my concerns and Doctor Wood was very knowledgeable in regards to my knee replacement surgery coming up and what he needed to do in regards to getting me prepared for that.

It is important for me to be able to have a voice in any procedure that I have and I felt very comfortable in doing so here.
I will definitely recommend Cedar Ridge

The best experience at a dental office I have ever had. Calm and relaxing. Very professional staff and the step by step explanations make the visits I've had and have more in the future comforting. I am not so panicked about going to the dentist now.
