This was my first time purchasing a new car. Alex and Mike handled my experience very well. Both were friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

The sales/financial staff were reasonable however I don’t think I would go to this dealership or with a Subaru again due to the maintenance/service. It’s one thing that it’s quite pricey in comparison to the maintenance schedules of our other new vehicle (of course we were aware of this when purchasing the vehicle)- especially for very basic things that found easily be done at home- but the bigger issue is the difficulty we repeatedly encounter with getting services done. Booking appointments can take up to a month and never seems to be available on days that work for our schedule, the shuttle service can take hours, vehicle pick-up is inconvenient and unpredictable, and we have been mis-quoted. This dealership might be OK if you live or work close-by or of you have a job where you can schedule around your car maintenance, or don’t work at all and can sit for 5 hours while basic maintenance gets performed... but for individuals with busy or demanding work schedules this absolutely is not the place to go. In contrast, the dealership we use with our other vehicle has available appointments, a fast and reliable shuttle, a convenient location, is less expensive, and will do maintenance in a timely and predictable manner that has not at all been an issue- which really speaks to things not having to be this difficult even for individuals who are busy. On a more positive note- the staff at this dealership are very nice and our issues seem to be more of a logistical/management issue.

Very unimpressed with the customer service. First I tried booking an appointment and when I called a week later to confirm the appointment, it didn't exist in their system so I then had to re schedule for a week later. Second, I had to call a couple times just to find out if my vehicle had been done or when I can pick it up. Third, when I got to the Subaru, I was standing around waiting for someone to help me, then when I got help they just handed me the keys and told me it was parked in the corner and walked away.. I had to actually ask how to use the remote start as they didn't take the time to show me. Then when I got in my vehicle it was absolutely disgusting how dirty it was! My vehicle is brand new and had been driven twice, and I had to dump all the dirt out on my drivers side floor matt, the carpet is all dirty, my vehicle was very dusty, there was hand prints on the inside roof (carpet part) of my vehicle. Very unpleased with this service.

We have an Impreza that was leaking oil pretty much since they day we bought it at Centaur new. Asked so many times to have it looked at and got charged for a fix. Except, the car kept leaking oil and it got worse over time. The last 2 times I brought the car in, Centaur apparently spent 6 hours to search for the leak. As usual, oil kept dripping. Finally heard of Allmakes in the NE and brought it up there. They immediately figured out what was wrong and the garage floor has been oil drop free ever since.

Just went in to look at the model my company was offering. Nothing in it for the salesman but he took the time to show me a few things. I would go back for sure

The purchase experience was great. Adam and Rob walked me through my options and we worked out a fair deal on my new crosstrek. No pressure and great service overall; Very happy with my purchase!

Everyone was relatively friendly but I've only gone through a sales person and the finance office. My hope is that things will remain or improve.
I am a little disappointed, and I suppose I didn't due my due diligence, but the vehicle I recently acquired has flaws that were not brought to my attention. Again, I should not have trusted as much as I did in the sales person. It would have been nice if at least one dealership in this city was 98% trustworthy. At any rate, the staff were all very friendly and attentive.

Went the other day for my car service and Mr. Daniel Gillies was very professional and nice. He explained everything they did, he called my husband to explain as well what they had to do and to let him know the price will change. The guy that is sit right beside him should learn from him how to treat customers since he is ARROGANT. Glad that the last 2 times I did not have to talk to him at all :)

My wife and I purchased a new 2017 Subaru Forester several weeks ago. Bernard, the sales person we dealt with was fantastic. We are so thankful that he helped us understand the features of the vehicle - it made the purchase painless.

We love our Forester and we also love Centaur!

I got my vehicle last year and so far so good, we have been taken cared of by the Centaur Subaru team. My fiance's experience with the service team has been good and timely as well. Our expectations were set before a start of a project and they followed-through.

I am really impressed with Dan with service front staff. I remember his face from a couple of times dealing with them so I asked for his name today thinking of this google review.

He is very professional, polite and most importantly willing to help every customer. It seems to me that he is the type of person that will not allow a customer to just walk out with a yes or no information from them, he educates clients very well and I am quite impressed how he showed initiative to let me know some information about my car's locking mechanism.

I walked out the service office feeling more happy we bought a subaru and knowing that we are in good hands with them.

I recently came in and picked up a used vehicle and had nothing but excellent service from everyone i delt with! Great Customer Service, even after the purchase was made I continued to get excellent service when I had questions! I highly recommend this dealership!

Wonderful experience dealing with Centaur Subaru and especially Manpreet. He was very patient, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He was always willing to answer any questions we may have had. He even followed up after we had our vehicle to see if we had any questions. I would highly recommend seeing Manpreet at Centaur Subaru. Him and sales manager Albert made the experience easy and enjoyable.

Poor sales person. (Can't remember his name.) Poor experience.
He seemed very disinterested in the sale. He was distracted by...?
When asked about taking it for a test drive (Forester) he said that it could be taken around the block only. Apparently the Subaru "sell themselves."
Strange rule for this family run business. If you'd like a great Subaru experience go to Lethbridge. More personable staff.
In the end we purchased a Nissan.
