Centre For Global Citizenship Education & Research Description

CGCER is led by its two founding Co-Directors, Professors Lynette Shultz and Ali A. Abdi, who are both full-time faculty members in the Department of Educational Policy Studies. CGCER is accountable to the Governing Council and to the Dean of the Faculty of Education. Additionally, the Advisory Committee is comprised of members from the university (both faculty and students), and from the wider community.
