Went to see Noel and Ben Haggard had a awesome time and the room we booked was very clean as comfortable and staff were awesome . Had a great meal there as well it was great . I would recommend to check out the venues there a great line up of shows up and coming would recommend my family and friends to check this place out .

Went to Tom Petty Tribute Band last night ! Had a blast, venue was great, staff was very friendly. A good night was had by all ! Thanks so much

My wife, a friend of ours and I went to a Pink 4Reud concert on March 10 and we were treated very well by customer service. So were the people in front of me. And it was a great show.

My Husband and I went to see The Elton John and Billy Joel concert and I must say it was amazing. One the best Concerts I have seen for quite some time. The food was Fantastic. Thank you Century Casino for such a great evening out. Carolyn Rhindress Hunt and Richard Hunt

Def a diff venue for a rock show, not something we have been used too, having the choice to stay at your table or go down to the dance floor was great! Helped save my back! lol

Service and size of drinks are the only issues. The sound and music is always amazing.

I was there last night with friends for the Pink Floyd tribute. I honestly donŌĆÖt have one thing to complain about. I bought wings in the venue, they were hot, not over done and nice and meaty. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Great time at Chilliwak last night. Seen some great bands there. Wonderful to have a affordable entertainment place in Edmonton. Heaven knows I will never be able to afford to get into Rogers Place.

Should only be 1 star!!Heater is room doesnt work, lights were burnt out, dirty sheets, etc etc. Water main break over night so none of us could shower or use bathroom in room or anywhere in building and they never even gave us discount or anything! Was a gift from family for a nights stay, wish we could have gotten there money back! very rude people at customer service as well. Not very friendly WHAT SO EVER! We Do not recommend staying here!

Went to the ABBA tribute show last night. While the show was fantastic, the service at this venue continues to be absolutely horrible!! There were from what we could see, three waitresses for the entire showroom and after waiting at our table for more than half an hour, we got into the very LONG line at the bar which took a good 20 if not more to get through. All that for 3 PepsiŌĆÖs!! This has been the case at EVERY show I have been to at Century Casino. Honestly, for the quality of the entertainment they bring in, I would much rather attend a show at River CreeŌĆÖs venue and get my own drinks within 5 minutes! I looked for a manager to talk to, but no one to be found! Very frustrating!

We went to headpins and the customer service was terrible ! We were to get our tickets st the customer service but they told us to get them from the doors when they opened , but of coarse they said we needed to go to customer service so back and forth we went then the old lady with glasses starts giving us attitude after she told us wrong in the first place ?? Like really ? There were several other couples that went through same thing just poorly run event , never seen a server while night either ! Show was awesome but poorly run !

Every year we go there.take in yuk yuks. But this year we got treated like absolute shit. My wife is a smoker.its on her cloths she always went outside to smoking area. Now they charged me $250 extra apparantly for breaking smoking rules?? All weekend our floor reeked of pot!! If they dont resolve this then i guess theres more hotels...and cheaper...roseylynn inn is cheaper...has a fridge at least. I will definatley go back to roselynn inn instead.

At the Headpins concert. It was like they were not expecting a full house. Had only 3 Bartenders on for the whole place. Waited in huge lines for way too long. Would have to reconsider seeing a concert here again. Service Not Good at all. Never had a table server come up at all

I had purchased tickets from a friend, as well as bought my own. When she got an email confirming the tickets weŌĆÖre switched to my name she sent me the email. I went to pick up my tickets and they werenŌĆÖt switched. The two ladies were very rude and would interrupt me when I was trying to explain to myself. She called the manager down and sure enough my name by next to the original purchasers name. The front desk lady then threw the envelope at me. IŌĆÖve been to shows and yuk yuks at your casino. Stayed at the hotel twice and last two times have found another hotel due to ignorance.

Too many people squeezing into a small space .. you canŌĆÖt sit strait at your table and if one person wants up . Everyone has to get up . Ridiculous.. why donŌĆÖt you make it more enjoyable for the guests experience???

My family and I had our family vacation last summer July 2, 2017. We had a 15 year old and a 2 year old. My husband and I left our 15 year old in care of the 2 year old and went to run some errands, which was across town. Shortly after we left, our 2 year old opened up the door and ran out while the 15 year old was using the washroom. She ran out after him and the door slammed shut. She went to the front desk to ask them to open the door. They refused. In fact, the woman at the front desk gave her shit. She even yelled at her and made her feel very shameful of her parents. They made them sit in the hallway outside our room. My baby was a few days short of being 2 years old and he was still on a bottle and a pacifier. My 15 year old was in tears and rocking our baby who was crying for his pacifier and bottle. It was just on the other side of the door. BUT the staff would not help them even tho they were both in tears. Other patrons were walking by them and seeing 2 kids crying. When I got back, there was NO Manager in site. The rude woman who spoke to my children like that, went home by the time I got there. They replaced her with a man who was equally as rude to us. We ended up staying the night and the next day I spoke to the manager who was obviously very unexperienced with dealing with customer service. She was speaking through her staff member on the phone and telling her to say this and that to me and I got upset and asked to speak to her. She turned the phone over to me to speak to her. When I did speak to this so called Manager, whose name is Jennifer, she laughed. She laughed at my situation. There was never no compensation offered and definately no apology whats so ever to my family and especially to my 15 year old daughter. The trip was to congratulate our 15 year old for doing good in school for that past year. Our daughter still does NOT want to talk about that experience. This experience scarred her for life. Thanks for nothing Century Casino Hotel. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone and we will NOT ever step foot in there again. I put in a complaint to both the hotel and to the casino and it has been almost a year and nobody ever called us.
