Century Casino & Hotel Edmonton

Great catering in a fantastic show area. The serving staff were prompt and friendly. Went to the casino for the first time in years and WOW - the renovations are amazing.

Went to Yuk Yuk's for a comedy night as part of a bachelor party. The staff was nice, but after the show started, our waitress didn't say another word to me. The comics were... okay. Most resorted to dirty humour repeatedly (don't get me wrong, I appreciate a good dirty joke. But I think it takes skill to make a crowd laugh completely clean). I won some free tickets to another show, but I gave them away since I don't think I'll re attend.

Used to be an exciting casino with lots of noise and life. People winning and they looked happy.
Now it seems almost like no one there is enjoying themselves at all.
Very quiet and not much activity.

DO NOT spend your Valuable Time Writing a REVIEW* This place is quite Backward. Do Not Bother Writing a Good or Bad Review:

#2. This Company Does NOT know about GOOGLE Reviews.
#3. Management is Antiquated & Out of Touch.
#4. Too Many Different Departments That are out of touch with each other.

Perhaps in the future they will awaken into the digital age, for now this company simply follows the lead of other more prominent providers. Gambling, Drinking, Events are fun everywhere. If you are Looking to have your Dollars and Presence Respected go to a different place.

Really clean and location was not bad. Parking was not too bad. There is also underground parking. Really modern looking. Staff is really nice. They taught me how to play craps. And was friendly. Never stay at hotel. Did not try food. But it was good service at the table games.

Casino Adventures. Stop #3. Very dry and not very exciting. Lot of high betting machines and tables. Tightly packed but somewhat spacious. Not too big or small. Payouts are low.

Show we saw there was good. Facilities were well maintained. Sold smokes at the guest services desk.

First time at this casino. Neat and welcoming place. I am definitely going to come back.

Will not return, Casino attendants condescending and far from helpful, never even got to play a machine. Obviously poorly trained. They also have policies where one person can play as many machines as they want and others cannot play till they are finished. Seems a waste of machines to me.
