We went yesterday almost at closing time ,everybody was so welcoming and sweet,the food is really good ,a gem in the city !!!!!!we will go back worth the drive from the SW side of the city ,my only suggestion is to add fresh waters for example Agua de Jamaica, Orchata!!!!!

The best Mexican I’ve ever had!

Our fried brought us by here, and it has been our go to for take out or dinning in. Nothing like REAL tasting tacos and a great drink menu! Highly recommend the mint mojito and Bulldog!!! The chicken taco on corn shell is AMAZING!!!

I'm still thinking about the meal.. Amazingly fresh, delish! My mojito craving was satisfied.. I could of had 2 more but had to restrain myself! Also had carnitas and the chicken and yup super good. Can't say enough about this place.

I took my bf here for his bday - we live in Spruce Grove and I decided to take a little drive to the next town. Boy was I glad I did!!! This place is a gem! We sat on the patio and it was beautiful!!! Self-seating and walk-in only, this place filled right up shortly after we got there (6ish on a Friday night). The servers were attentive and friendly. The patio is up a long flight of stairs and we got checked on regularly. The food was amazing! We got the chicken salad (which was sharing-sized and a delicious mix of flavours), carnitas tacos, and gringo beef tacos. Everything was fresh, just the right portions, very filling and flavourful but didn't make us feel bloated afterwards. My bf got bubblegum gelato on the house because it was his bday. That was great too! We will definitely be back!!!

Great food. Great service. Been here 3 times and never left satisfied or hungry. We drive from Spruce Grove special for taco lunches!! Recommend this place to a taco lover!

Definitely a hidden gem. Friends took me there for the first time yesterday. Wow. Not only was the service spectacular but the food and drinks were to die for. My first time having a bulldog too! Very impressed. Would definitely reccomend especially on a nice hot summer day sitting on their patio. 🖒Cerdo

Amazing tacos and great service!

Looking for something out of the ordinary for a date night. This worked great! Food is very good, will be back either to eat in or take out. Nice concept and decor too. Service excellent.

Food and Serivce was great. We try and go once a month as we enjoy the food that much. I have yet to make it to the roof top patio as it seems full each time we have gone but we will make it won't day! The only downer was I had to ask for the hockey game to be turned on as they had cricket on! Lol yep cricket! Lol did not know that Mexicans liked their cricket over play-off hockey. Lol

Always enjoy myself at Cerdo! Friendly service, casual atmosphere, shared the chicken tacos with a friend, we both enjoyed!!

A undiscovered find for my friend who lives in St. Albert and myself. The food was excellent and a nice vibe too.

4th time to visit Cerdo's. Always great atmosphere and food. We always recommend to friends who are looking for a new place to eat.

Loved the carnita and chorizo tacos. My parents had the shrimp tacos and they were also fantastic. Definitely didn't cheap out on the shrimp. The food was excellent and worth 5 stars. Where they lost stars was the bulldogs. They tasted like a lime gas station slurpy with beer in it. I asked the server if they used simple syrup or something cause it was sweet. I guess the slush they use is sweetened. I've had some fantastic bulldogs in my time so this was pretty disappointing.

I found the salsa quite runny and bland and I don't particularly like spicy. The guacamole was pretty good. Chips were pretty thick and crunchy.



I ordered the chicken quesadillas but waitress came back and said they were out of chicken, so tried the beef ones. They were pretty good.



My husband had they pork tacos and I think it would have been better if it was shredded.



This was our first visit so we will give it another try.

As a Mexican I can say their food is pretty tasty and close to the authentic food we have so that part was good the thing was a little disappointing was the service the waiter seemed distracted he messed up our orders and our bills plus is not kids friendly at all ( no high chairs of changing tables) I know tequila is on the name of the restaurant but it doesn't say no minors!! Doesn't really have the vibe of a bar so I didn't think kids weren't welcome there.

Went today with our daughters and food was slow (shrimp tacos and nachos) not made as ordered, service was just ok and had the unfortunate pleasure of listening to f bombs coming from the kitchen. We've been here before and did not have the same negative experience as today.

Took 45 mins to get nachos, that were over cooked and rock hard. 20 mins later meal was delivered. Shrimp tacos were good. Chicken tacos were so dry and hard. I will not be back.
