Had Certified Radio install a rear view mirror with a built in back-up camera in the mirror and rear bumper mounted HD camera. I also had them remove a totally useless one that I first purchased a week prior and had installed at Elite Autoworks, which had near no visibility in the mirror for the rear mounted camera and butchered up my rear bumper with 4 holes, because they installed 2 different cameras in an attempt to try and improve the image quality but both cameras failed to do so. The manager and worker's are friendly but this type of work just simply is not their thing at this shop and it turned out to be an expensive lesson for me. Fortunately I did get some money back. I'm Completely satisfied with my purchase from Certified radio and it was a neat clean professional installation. Save yourself a headache and have someone professional work on your vehicles and keep the butcher shops away from it.

Customer service was decent in store but no one follows up with requests as they promise. Not even as much as a follow up call. If you're going to certified radio, go to the south location. Much better customer service and they keep you apprised for any updates in regards to what you're getting done.

Amazing staff and amazingly quick service. I had a very pleasant experience here replacing my remote starter fob and I will absolutely be returning for any car related electronic and audio services in the future. Thanks again for the great experience.

I love going to a so called professional business paying 100$ for a diagnosis and all they can tell me about my alarm and autostarter that stopped working is, " we need to rip out the system and install a whole new one." I even asked if they knew why it stopped working or if they tested the brain module and of course they didn't, they just said the whole system u have installed is a mess. I paid you to test my system and let me know what's wrong with it. For that 100$ I wasted I could of told myself to rip out the system and get a new one. Lmao. Lesson learned this company just trying to sell a new system instead of finding out what's really wrong with the existing one.

Went into the west end location to replace a non-responsive, remote starter fob, which was obviously broken. The service guy at the counter told me they did not carry the 2-way remote in stock as it was obsolete. He said he would have to order the exact one or they could sell me a different remote they had in stock. I opted to potentially purchase the new type of remote they had so the service guy went out to my car while I waited in the store. He came back in after about 5 minutes and tells me there is something wrong with the system because he couldn't connect the new remote and there was an issue with the other 1-way remote I never use. I was told I would have to make an appointment to have a diagnostic test done.....okay. After hearing this, I decided to call around to some other installation places and it was suggested to call the south side location because Certified Radio only installed these types of remote starters.

I ended up going into the south side location and had the most wonderful experience! The service guy at the counter was friendly, and honest about what was going on. He told me that likely the issue was a drop of voltage in my car battery which is what caused the remotes to disconnect. As for the 2-way fob I needed to replace, they had them in stock and there was no issue pairing it to my vehicle. He quoted me on a newer remote system which I'm considering in the future.

I understand my remote starter system is older but I would prefer to keep it going as long as I can.

After this experience, I will not be going back to the west end location. I felt like I was being taken advantage of because I was a woman. From now on, I will be going to the south side !

I bought a 1800 dollar stereo and it has not worked right from day 1 . Truck has been back at least 6 times to get it working properly and it never has from the day it was put in. The last time I picked the truck from the shop I told two of the employees that I was very unhappy with the way this was being handled and they told me they would look into finding away to fix it .I know turning the sound from the front to the back or back to front is not a new thing I had my radio in the 60's do that . When I bought this stereo I was told that I would have no problem and the hookup would work like the factory stereo. I am still waiting to here back from the two employees that are getting back to me on this problem. I do not consider this be very professional. VERY BAD SERVICE GUYS NOT HAPPY

They know what they are doing. Always do a great job. Sometimes takes a bit longer than you are told.
