Always go here very happy with washing quality but today I have changed my rating to 1 star.... Only rinsed the car stopped it at $3.25, my credit card is being processed at $19.95!

Visited this wash for the first time. As an avid car washer, I can sure tell the pressure and flow was ample and not weak like other washes that I have been to. Water was hot, and soap was very visible when spraying my vehicle. Will return again, as it is close to my home in Cranston.

I have given this car wash its fair chance and have made my last trip there today. I have attempted to wash my car a number of times and have been forced to drive away with no wash and losing money. The machines never seem to accept my credit card but I will give them the benifet and say that it could be my card. They say they accept cash (bill and coin) but the machines with not read the bills and eats both bills and coins. The gentleman that runs the facility in the office is extremely hard to deal with and I've had to fight with him to get my money back. When he is not there I end up driving away with no wash and cursing to myself after wasting more time. Today I arrived with 4 different $10 bills (some new, some old). The machine to make change would not accept them nor the machine at the automated wash. I ended up making change with another customer and proceeded to the automated machine for my wash. The machine ate $4 when I drove away after wasting 30 mins of my time. I called the emergency number for an hour before the gentleman answered. He told me they have a number of problems with the machine and can not fix them. I told him I wanted restitution for my time and money. He said he would bring it to his manager and tried to get me off the phone without taking my name or contact info. I wasn't accepting his lip service. I asked for his managers number. He didn't know his/her name and had to dig hard to find the number. I called and got a voice mail where I left a message. My words of advice are to avoid this car wash at all costs and drive a little further for one that will accept your money and take accountability for their business and services they claim to offer.

Delay on the pumps being activated once you pay; "pause" doesn't actually pause; long delay between soap and rinse. subtle but effective ways to get more money out of people. Would not return here.

It is just like any other car was except with the poorly designed tandem bays. Bays go unused while you wait for the rear car to finish. Pressure is good and water is hot though.

I used the pet wash once. Two of the three bays were blocked with garbage cans to indicate that they were not functioning 100% (obviously...) Please put up a sign or tape over the pin pad to tell us not to use those bays. I hope they have since been repaired.

As the owner was quick to identify, don't be alarmed when your credit card alerts you of a $19.95 charge for a couple of minutes worth of washing. It is just the pre-authorize process and will be adjusted in a couple of days.

I have been going to the car wash for 3 years and have never had a negative experience! Today, I stupidly locked my keys in my car, (with my phone, wallet, etc.) The woman at the front desk was absolutely amazing, and not only helped me get someone to unlock it, but also was so kind and happy to assist me. Seeing as I have never locked my keys in the car before, and not really knowing who to call first, she was amazing in helping, especially as she didn't have to do it, but she chose to. I was so happy and grateful that the customer service there was so excellent! I will most definitely continue going back.

Awesome car wash, has lots of options for cleaning all types of cars. However one of the attendees is. Knob and stares at woman. Been a couple of occasions you turn around and he's starring at someone. Doesn't feel the safest.

You can use your credit card there. Nice not to have to carry change. Can be busy. Pet wash closes to early 445.
