Excellent service you provide for those experiencing difficult times

All the staff was helpful in making this difficult process go smoothly and take things off our hands. We appreciated everything and the professionalism of everyone on hand. Special thanks to Nicole who guided us through the process.

A huge heartfelt thank you of gratitude to the entire staff at the Chapel of the Bells for their professionalism and compassionate approach to my dads funeral. They took care of every detail and took tremendous pressure off of the family during this difficult time. A truly wonderful experience during a most terrible time.

Wonderful service but our funeral director, Kip, seemed to rush the entire experience for us. She also had some snarky comments towards some of our funeral guests (stating "this isn't a restaurant, you shouldn't eat on the main floor."), and also interrupted us during an obviously very intimate burial moment to remind us to return our white gloves. Was also disappointed to be criticized by her when we chose to have a female pallbearer, she felt it was needed to voice her unnecessary opinion that it was "unusual" and "untraditional" to have a female pallbearer.

****We were also overwhelmed and felt pushed into buying the DNA capsule that the funeral home sells. Their selling point was that the DNA of my father was crucial in genetic testing if I ever wanted to look into my own specific genes (ie. for genetic disorders, etc.). However, after further research, we decided that this was unnecessary as it would make more sense to have your own DNA tested rather than that of a late family member since not all genes are passed on to each child. So I highly recommend that you do your own research so that you are not persuaded into paying several hundred dollars for a vial of DNA.****

Regardless, we were pleased and relieved that we chose Chapel of The Bells, and we will definitely be returning to see a different funeral director.

M&H is always top notch. They do an excellent job. I've unfortunately attend many funerals and wakes at chapel of the bells and I would highly recommend them. They make a difficult situation easier.
