As of January 1, 2008, in an effort to meet the service needs of our U. S. customers and to more easily reach the growing international battery market, it was decided to combine our two companies [Dynatech Power and Oilfield Batteries International] to create Charger Industries, LP.
Charger Industries, LP, through the combined strengths of our two companies, is now recognized in the industry as a leader and innovator for battery pack design and manufacturing, as well as a respected developer of new technologies for the downhole drilling industry.
