Went in for a test drive of the new RAV4 and it was an incredible experience! We spoke to Val and she was amazing! We went in strictly looking for more information and not to buy a car on the spot and Val respected that completely. She gave us all the information we could ever need on both the car and tips when looking for a new vehicle in general. Will definitely be going back to Val when its time to buy a car!

As an avid car enthusiast, I find myself in car dealerships a lot of times either for myself or my friends and family. I had the pleasure of coming into Charlesglen Toyota to buy one of their used cars and the service I received there was fantastic. One of the big things that stood out to me was that even after buying the car, they were very helpful in fixing some issues with the car and were just genuinely good people. I would highly recommend this dealership whether you're coming in to buy a new or used car, Toyota or not. I know myself that I will definitely be looking at their inventory the next time I'm in the market.

I was always hesitant of dealerships due to stories of it “costing more” for work or my friends and family telling me about their less then stellar experiences at their respective dealerships. However, I’ve truly had the best experience here every time I’ve brought my car in. They are always fair and upfront about costs and work needed. I just left paying substantially less then quoted due to staff finding recalls and warranty I wasn’t even aware of. I would have never known, and paid for the work out of pocket, had they not been so professional and honest. They will go above and beyond what is expected of them to ensure satisfaction. To top it off, all the staff are extremely friendly and upbeat! I will recommend all my friends to go to this dealership for all car needs.

As a former employee and current client I can honestly say we were treated fairly with our two vehicle purchases thus far. Try the fresh turkey sandwich at the cafe!

Jim was incredible when picking up my new vehicle, all by myself, after losing my husband. He was able to reassure me and encourage my confidence on my decision. The icing on the cake - he didn't make me feel bad for any dumb questions I may have. And his jokes ~ made me smile!

Also, a special shout out to Wes - the Finance Manager for the amazing assistance with my finances and actually answering the phone when I called >> not like the competitor company that I called for my payout and they hung up on me... so not cool.

Can't forget salesman Mark - you ROCKED it >> finding me a vehicle that would suit my needs ... she's a beauty!!

I had such a great experience with Charlesglen Toyota! Their entire team was incredibly helpful, considerate, patient and were always willing to help me answer my endless questions! Mark did a great job going over all of the bells and whistles on my new 2018 Corolla, and I left feeling so comfortable in my new vehicle and knowledgeable on how to use all of the amazing features like lane departure alert, dynamic radar cruise control, and even the navigation. He showed me how everything works, explained why it worked that way, how to adjust certain settings, absolutely everything! Their entire team is amazing, from Tyler and Ryan in Sales, to Wes and Phil in Finance, and Mark in delivery, they made everything SO incredibly easy and FUN!

This was my first time dealing with Charlesglen Toyota, and it was a wonderful experience for me. Not only are the staff so kind and friendly, they made sure they were professionally providing the best services and all the help possible. I was very glad to meet Tyler, Tanya, Jim and Phil who were all extremely nice and helpful. My 1 year old son also had a great time with them and was very happy while being there as if they were family. Tyler gave him a toy to play with during my first visit and Jim carried him and had him sitting on his laps when showing me the car. What a lovely team!

We recently picked up our new Highlander and we couldn't be happier. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. Jonathan was extremely knowledgeable about the different vehicles and helped us choose the right one for us. Wes provided the various vehicle protection warranties and packages available. Jim spent over an hour teaching us and entertaining us. He showed us various features and how to use them. He even showed us features on our iPhones we could be using but hadn't as yet. Upon arriving at Charlesglen Toyota I was presently surprised to be greeted by very friendly reception and felt very welcome. I was introduced to Stephen Chan who I felt was interested in my needs more than making a sale as I was treated in other dealerships. He ran through all the details of the purchase and the vehicle very thoroughly a put my mind at ease with all concerns I addressed to him. We went for a test drive and he commented on how smooth my driving was with a standard transmission. We had a good chuckle over that. Then I had the pleasure of experiencing and dealing with Wesley S. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail. A few days later I received a call to book my pickup date. I came with my mom to purchase a new car. Gorde was very helpful in being informative about the cars but at the same time not being to pushy! He was very honest with us and supportive as we were working with a specific budget. The manager Alex later insured that we were getting the best deal and even gave us good incentives to act. Phil was very clear and helpful in the finance department to ensure that the purchasing process was easy and swift. In receiving the car Jim was very informative and entertaining in running us through every aspect of the car, and ownership. We are happy with our new Corolla and very satisfied with the top notch customer service.

We have had vehicles from this dealership since 2005. Service has always been excellent. We just bought a new Highlander. Almost went with another brand of vehicle, but decided that knowing we get good service at Charlesglen gives us peace of mind. And we really liked the Highlander! Mike was great to deal with as a salesperson, and the delivery fellow was patient and knowledgeable (sorry I can remember his name!). Keri in Finance was kind and not pushy at all. Sean was a fantastic salesman and had all the necessary knowledge to help me with the details of my purchase, he was also very patient and kind throughout the entire process. Kerri in financing was absolutely a blessing, she walked me through everything and made sure I was getting the best deal possible. She made the visit enjoyable and memorable for me with her bright personality and welcoming feel. Jim showed me all the inner workings of my new Toyota with enthusiasm and a great sense of humour, he made sure I left with a smile spread across my face. We just purchased our third vehicle from Charlesglen Toyota and once again we were given great service. We contacted the Sales Manager Kim and he put us in touch with Mike who spent many hours ensuring that we had exactly the correct vehicle for us. Wes in finance made that process so easy and fun - and making fun of dealing with finances is a rare ability. Jim who introduced us to the finer points of our new to us RAV4 was very helpful. I appreciated all his help with the new instrument panel and taking time for me to admire what was under the hood. Once a gear head always a gear head! And Jim - I have been reading the manual so I am prepared for the big test! All the staff that we encountered were helpful and friendly. Our last sight of Charlesglen on Monday was Mike wishing us well and assuring us that we could call him anytime any issues came up. It is clear to me that customer satisfaction is job one for all the staff at Charlesglen.

We just bought a 2017 Sienna with Charlesglen Toyota and had an excellent experience from end-to-end and with all parties involved.

Our Product Advisor, Stephen, was very communicative throughout the entire process - we had about a 3 month wait for the van so he sent regular emails informing us where in the process it currently was. He was awesome!

Tim, the GM, gave us a fair deal on our trade-in and made that process stress-free.

Alex, Finance, took care of the paper work and was pleasant to work with.

Mark, Delivery Coordinator, gave us lots good info/tips about our new vehicle and was patient in answering in the many questions we had.

Overall, great experience - would highly recommend them!

We searched for vehicles in September/October 2016 and decided to order a new 2017 Toyota Sequoia Platinum to arrive at the end of March 2017. What made this more challenging was our travel away from Canada for the winter. We met Sean Nixon at Charlesglen Toyota and were impressed by his knowledge and professional approach. Sean helped us make an offer to purchase in early December ( using email ) with strict conditions that the vehicle be delivered on a specific date when we returned! After the deal was accepted Sean kept us informed as the vehicle went into production finished being assembled and then tracked it through shipment to the dealer. We arrived back in Canada and proceeded to pick up our vehicle the next day as agreed in our purchase agreement. We really enjoy our Toyota and felt very comfortable working with Sean and Charlesglen Toyota.

A huge thank you to Tyler, Stephan and Phil for getting me into my new 4Runner! These three gentleman were so professional and truly understand the concept of great customer experience! Thank you Tyler for letting me know about this vehicle and for sitting down and explaining the entire break down of my purchase without me feeling stressed or left feeling like I did not understand something.
