I had a great cut done by Andy. Friendly staff and good service. Cut was what I'd hoped for. Overall I'm very satisfied with my experience. I have also had my hair cut by Brandi (sorry if l spelled your name wrong!) And she is phenomenal.

I decided to treat myself (I very rarely do this) and have my hair cut and coloured at Chatters a couple months ago. I brought in a wig that was chestnut brown to demonstrate the colour that I wanted. I wasn't expecting an exact match but at least in the ballpark. The stylist obsessed over one blond strand in the wig and decided this was the colour she was going to do (forgetting that the overall colour that is what I wanted). She didn't speak english that well so communication was an issue. As she is putting in the colour I thought the dye looked a little light but you never know what the final colour is until it is finished. Turns out it was just my natural colour (dark blonde/light brown) with some highlights. Not at all what I wanted and she said "but it is your colour". I didn't want my colour, I wanted chestnut brown. That's why I came to a professional... or so I thought. She was also incredibly brutal in putting the foil in. My scalp hurt for days afterwards. The stylist did offer for me to come back and she would fix it, but I could tell that she still didn't get what I wanted - even though I brought in a literal example of what I wanted. I don't see how she got it so wrong. I couldn't bring myself to go back, I had paid $180 for pain and a bad dye job. I should have just should bought the drugstore dye, at least I would have gotten the right colour. The disappointment was very overwhelming and I felt it every time I looked in the mirror. I had been so looking forward to having it done. I haven't been to any salon since.

Nice and professional staff. Like to go there to cut and colour my hair. I think they are pricy though.

My Mom came here to get her hair done before my brother's wedding. She didn't really know what she wanted; just told the girl maybe a bit of curl and maybe some of the hair pinned up. An hour later she had a head full of sausage curls that made her look like a cross between Little Orphan Annie and a Labradoodle. As she worked, she got more and more concerned, but kept hoping that the girl would eventually make it look nice, but it was awful. I don't know how she or the girl that took her money would ever think that this was an acceptable look for the mother of the groom! She shouldn't have paid for it but she was in a state of shock and close to tears by then and just wanted to get out. Luckily another salon had time to take her and fix it before the wedding. I would never come back here and would recommend that no one else does either.

Overall a decent experience. Upsetting to be overcharged for my hilites: I have medium length hair (top of my shoulders) and was charged for long length. I may return to purchase products but will stick to my local salon for cuts/colours.

The hairstylist got exactly what i want, and respected my limits! Happy with my haircut, I would definitely recommend it!

I've been going for years. It's big and has a huge selection of hair products and some accessories. I go to two stylists - both are excellent and good company .

Both experiences at this place have been the worst hair experiences of my life. The stylists here clearly have no idea what they're doing. I will never come back here.

I have just had one of the best haircuts. The stylist took the time to cut my hair perfectly.
