Tish colored my hair and she was really good. David and Hoon used to my hair cut as well. Will defs recommend this salon to everyone. Good service and nice people.

Great service and people always. Just get there early as I can never find parking even week days which is brutal when you're in a rush.

Amazing! The staff is accommodating, personable and professional. Brooke is definitely my favorite; her attention to detail is everything! Highly recommend!

Who is supposed to open today? Cause the mall has been open for 15 mins and there's still nobody there.. extremely unprofessional if you ask me. And rude. Waste your own time all you want but now your wasting your clients/customers time.

The person who cut my hair was terrible. The cut was uneven, and I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Then when they gave me a refund, they didn't refund the whole amount. Do not go here!!

Terrible terrible place. Never going back. Had to come back the next day to try & get it fixed. Manager was nice about it. Still hated it.

I would strongly suggest not to go to this salon for service. Not only do they not know what they are doing but they absolutely distroyed my hair... 3 diffrent hair dressers 2 different locations and my hair is 100% shit. One week later and im so depressed im livid.. how dare you charge 200 dollars for a SHIT service..

I made an appointment for myself, daughter and granddaughter and I specifically asked for experienced colourists. We ended up with apprentices and even the manager didn't know how to fix us.



I started with my bleached hair and ended up dark brown. I asked for silver with an illusion of pewter. I received another bleach that still did not remove the orange from the previous bleach and then she put a toner in! What part of toner is using actual colour?



My daughter's hair is brown and asked for a black/dark silver balayage. She started with brown and ended up with a worse colour brown then her own hair.



On a happy note, my granddaughter got the beautiful blue chunks she wanted. With tip, I paid $600 plus another $100 in product. Am I happy? No!

I don't normally do this type of thing but I had to fix a poor girls hair that had it done here. She had asked for a Balayage and they gave her orange stripy highlights. Then when she went back to get it "fixed", they put a dark color on the top but didn't blend it at all so she had a harsh line all the way around her head. I'm sure the stylist that did her hair in the first place and the one who tried to fix it are lovely people and I am sure they are amazing at doing some things with hair. BUT when you can't do a proper Balayage or other type of service that you aren't confident in, don't do it and then charge for a botch job. Practice on a mannequin before you charge someone and let them leave with orange tones or a harsh line around their head. Have integrity in all the work that you do.



I should say there's probably stylists that work at this location that do some great work. But please do your research and make sure you go with someone that has experience in what type of look you're going for !
