You can probably say I'm the pickiest girl when it comes to hair color and blow dry and I've been to a lot of salons and I have never gotten an amazing blowout and color than with Randa at chatters signal hill. Randa does an incredible blow-dry and she's a phenomenal colorist. Hands down best senior hairdresser in Calgary!!! Will not go to anyone else!

I went to chatters to get my hair trimmed and coloured. I wanted ombre and showed the hair dresser Harvey a picture of exactly what I wanted. What I got was completely uneven bangs, orange brassy colour, and it wasn't even ombre. It was full colour that reached 1 inch away from my scalp. So I went in the next day and the manager was extremely nice and offered me a re-do for free. Thankful.

I usually come to this location to see Debbie as she is a family friend and I am always pleased with the results. I decided to see Anita while she was out of town and I was less than impressed with my experience.
First off, my appointment was at 11am and upon my arrival, I was told that I would be waiting close to an hour as Anita was running behind. I asked why I didn't receive a phone call, and the receptionist did not have an answer.
I showed Anita a picture of my hair when it used to be dark brown and asked for it to be coloured that same way. As soon as she finished, my hair was black with light brown patches that were quite visibly missed. She also left black hair dye on my face. I explained to her I was unhappy with the results and she tried to convince me that it looked like highlights and it looked fine. After speaking with friends that are hair stylists, they said it was a poorly done dye job. I spoke with the manager and explained the situation and she promptly scheduled me in with Lee to fix my hair for free which I was very grateful for.
Lee (who is a lovely lady and was very apologetic) spent 3 hours trying to fix my hair, and to my dismay it turned out worse. The only solution was to put temporary spray-in dye for the meantime to cover up the blotchy colouring. Lee told me I would have to come back to fix it again. I am very unhappy and disappointed with the way my hair turned out. I have never once had a problem dying my hair, and I have done it at least once a year.
I now have my family pictures today, and blotchy poorly dyed hair. I will not be coming back to this location for colouring as my hair is quite damaged now and I feel like a proper dye job should not take 2 days and 7 hours.

Anita did an amazing job with my hair - highlights were done professionally, color was just perfect (which is hard to achieve on my hair and I usually turn up orange instead of blonde). She also gave me a haircut and styled my hair- very professional and friendly service (Anita is the kind of person that brightens your day) and I will go back for sure.

I'm from NZ on vacation, I had Beverley from signal hill salon do my hair. I must say the customer service was amazing and finally an hairdresser who was able to cut and colour my hair the way I like! If I was living here permanently I would have Beverley as my hairdresser! Totally deserves the 5 stars, felt amazing all day!

I had a great experience at this salon! My stylist Jay was very meticulous with the cut and styling. I have beastly thick hair so it's a lot of work for him! The other stylists were very pleasant creating a positive atmosphere and the front desk staff was very polite and sweet. Thanks guys!!

Pricing was good, but beware of crappy staff who act like they don't wanna be there. You better hope you don't have questions cuz good luck having someone there give you the time of day to help you with anything or make suggestions. The best suggestion you'll get by being there is go to angles, it's a few stores away, the staff there actually care

The atmosphere in there is terrible. I just got my haircut there and the quality was insanely bad. Didn't seem like she wanted to be there and she rushed the whole time. Would never go there again.
